These molds are terrific.. I use them to make my own odor control blocks with baking soda & activated charcoal.. They make perfect blocks & are super easy to just punch out the blocks from the mold when finished.. A bonus is these can go in to the oven if you need to heat anything up.. Def recommend if you are making anything and need a good mold.

This is for the 2 pack 6 cavity rectangular and oval mold set that I bought for cold process soap making. The molds are just like those pictured and do provide a "cute" raised bee and honeycomb image on the top of the soap. I did a test run using the molds with my castile bar recipe. After pouring and letting set for a few days, the bars released without issue and the imprints are well defined and with no defects. I think these are nice for a hobbyist but would be hesitant to recommend for use if you are actually selling your soap. The problem is the thickness of the mold material being a bit thin. While I am not worried about the molds tearing, the sides of the molds did bulge out a bit on the middle of the sides resulting in slightly non-uniform bars. The image from the bottom of the mold will also be "pushed in" a bit unless you build a small frame to hold the mold up a bit. In my case I had a small frame but move the molds to a flat surface after about 12 hours and ended up with it happening a bit to me along with a bit of overflow. I think most recipes would not have that issue after that amount of time but I wasn't thinking and was doing castile which takes a lot of time to solidify. Overall I do like them and would recommend for home / hobbyist use and personal gift use.

I love making homemade soap, and these molds have been great to work with. They are easy to use, and the soaps release easily once fully dried. Cleaning them is simple, and they have held up well after more than two years of use. I would definitely recommend them.
