Azure Striker Gunvolt: Striker Pack

I love the little throwback style games to when I was a kid and this game bundle is no exception! The first game was fun and inventive. The sequel introduced a new playable character and fixed some of the, or at least in my opinion, control issues. When I played the first one the controller didn't seem to respond as well as it did in the sequel. It could have just been that I was much better when I got to the sequel, but I doubt it. It could also have been that playing as Copen rather than GV was more my style. Either way this is a great bundle of games for the Switch, particularly if you enjoy a retro esque side scroller.

I played Gunvolt on my 3DS at launch and since that moment I became a huge fan of Gunvolt. I didn't buy this one at launch because I have the 3DS version, but thinking twice I also want everything from Gunvolt on Switch too. Here in Costa Rica is kinda rare to see one on sale, but Amazon still have some stock (specially from third-party sellers).

Great game. It comes with all the dlc from the 3DS version and both Azure Striker Gunvolt 1 and 2. The controls are easy and simple to pick up. You pick your levels like an old Mega Man game but the challenge is good in an old-school 90s gamer “not going to hold your hand way” but not cheap or too hard to the point where one will want to quit unlike some of the old Mega Man games. The story is also better than most games of its type. I highly recommend this game.

Its plays very similar the megaman series, more so to the Zero and ZX series. It has no connection to the franchise. Like the two aforementioned megaman series, it definitely has the difficulty of them. All in all a fun tribute for megaman fans.

Inticreates outdid themselves with these games and gave us some of the best high speed 2D action games out there. You can definitely see the MegaMan influences in the games (makes sense considering Inti's work on the Zero and ZX series) but I feel it does enough different to stand on it's own with Gunvolt and Copen's tagging mechanics, j-pop, and the huge emphasis on score. If you like 2D action games I highly recommend checking this out! (although I will urge MegaMan fans to not go into this expecting a one-to-one MegaMan clone, if you do you will most likely come out disappointed, instead take it as its own thing.)

A good game overall and if you can buy it when it's on sale for $30 it's definitely worth its value. If you're someone who casually plays and doesn't have the time to put in 100 plus hours in a game every week like other games than this would fit the bill. You could have a quick 20-30 session of trying to beat your personal best while still enjoying it. If you are a fan of Mega man games then this is a easy buy.

Got this as a surprise gift for my husband who’s really into this kind of stuff. He’s was happy and impressed, I did a great job lol

If you aren't looking for a challenge, this is fine. Art is nice, music is good, it's just easy and a bit boring. Definitely too easy if you're used to the older Mega Man games.

Totalmente en español, lo único que no me gustó es no saber que es región Europea, pero de ahí en más, buen juego si te gustan los clásicos me megaman.
