Just what we needed
I am very happy with this product. I was searching for a device that would be soft and not uncomfortable (for my Dad). He no longer walks and is primarily in bed. I do not use the cloth attachment, just the device alone. At first glance the opening does appear somewhat small. You can push it inwards, which creates a larger opening. However, after using it and cleaning it.....the opening does become a bit larger. His underwear helps to secure the device in place. Just make sure that everything is placed in the same direction so that urine can travel through the tube smoothly. I place the bag into a plastic jug (on the floor), which is very helpful. I mainly use it at night while he sleeps. He has not expressed any discomfort. All the pieces are glued together so you cannot remove the tube from the other attachments, which is fine. I wash it with dishwashing liquid, and occasionally a drop of bleach and hot tap water. The only part that is removeable is the cap at the bottom of the bag...it can be twisted open to release urine, or it can be completely removed (which is helpful during cleaning). The device itself is made of silicone. I am very happy to have found this device, it really helps to keep him dry.

Ridiculous cheaply constructed
Great concept very low functioning. Cotton too loose. Rear tie straps completely wrong cheap material with nothing to connect to. Designed like a jock strap with elastic materials would be way better. Urine leaked all over. Very embarrassing for my husband who is not use to being so ill, demoralizing.

Most important part is that it doesn’t come out while on patient or leaks on either end
This design is not the same that I bought several months ago the tubing slips right out of the main ball they stretch and do not hold in the catheter bag or the catheter itself poor quality tubing both that I bought are unusable due to the tubing they do not stay intact on either end. Will not stay attached poor quality tubing

Not a very reliable product
I purchased this product in the hopes it would allow me to stop depending on Depends. I recently had a serious back surgery that interfered with my bladder operation. I hoped that by getting these shorts with a catherter that I could use this instesd of having to wear Depends. They leaked and were hard to put together,

Great option to workers outdoors in construction or road work
Great option, I traffic flag unusual long hours and "simetimes" we get a break...with this under my outfit without the bag but the tube just at the base of my shoe ground level I can step to the side and relieve myself without having to stress out where or when I can privately go...it works as long as everything fits right

Patience, padding around velcro fastener, trash can needed
The velcro strap around the waist was biting into my husband's skin so I padded the area between his skin and velcro. This is a total game changer 🙌🏽 for us. Required patience when getting it fitted to my husband. He was a good patient (he was ready to try this solution in hopes that he'd finally wake up with a dry back side). Didn't know what results we'd wake up too, he was dry!!! Make sure you take your time putting it on the patient, pad around velcro, check the fitting around the penis, make sure tubing is not twisted but straight hanging from bed and lastly place the bag in a small trash can just to make sure if it leaks, it'll leak in the receptacle. Easily held 1000 of liquid. Was able to take apart and rinse out and hang. One pleased wife 😀 . Now we should be able to save money on chucks and other incontinent supplies. The four stars is because the strap around the waist could be longer. Because he has to stay hydrated during the day and sometimes doesn't totally empty his bladder this is a MUST have.

Waistband
Let me begin by saying that anything that I buy for the country address from Amazon I cannot return regardless if it is returnable or not. Being handicapped if I have to deliver an item back to the post office I would have to drive 35 miles one way and most of the time this is not feasible. As to the product I should have studied a Little Closer. I would have found the waistband at 31.5 in would not have fit my 42-in waist. Sometimes these details are hard to find. Secondly, the collection urinal to insert my penis was impossible and I tried. I'm not a big man but you could not fit a french fry in there. Being that I couldn't return anything I got the scissors and hollowed out the urinal collector. It was still small but I could force myself. Then I cut a strap and inserted it in the middle of the waistband portion and sewed it all together. After making adjustments on the hose from the urinal to the collection bag and finding a way to strap into my leg I can now work on outside projects for a while.
