They mailed it via USPS and with something so heavy I knew it would be a problem. The box was so flimsy it ripped open and I was missing pieces. When returning they said I had to return via UPS. They don’t trust their own shipping methods when it’s being shipped to them.

The stand works and is fairly easy to assemble but you need to know, this thing is HEAVY. I made the grave mistake of not reading the specs as it clearly states the stand is 45lbs. It's absurd to think that it comes in a carrying bag because its impossible to carry in the bag because the weight of the poles and base shift all to one side of the bag, SO I don't even bother with the bag anymore. I could not get the telescoping tube to work to make the stand taller so it is stuck at the default size, 8x8 which is fine for what I use it for but i wish i at least had the ability to make it taller if i wanted to. It is plenty sturdy and will not bend or blow over. it will last forever, just be careful not to throw your back out carrying it around!

I have to say this is the best backdrop stand I’ve ever purchased. It is very sturdy, heavy duty, and extremely easy to put together. I love the weight in the stand, which will prevent it from falling or if I have an outside event it will keep it from blowing over. It’s well worth the price. I strongly recommend this backdrop stand to anyone setting up for events or photography.

I loved the heaviness of this stand, I had to order a replacement because I was missing parts the first purchase. The second purchase had to be returned as well because the telescoping poles would not telescope. I really liked this stand so I was sad to have to return it again.

You can’t tell by the picture. Buy this stand is heavy, and very sturdy. I’ve used it a few times decorated for parties and it hold up very very well. I love that it comes with the carrying bag, but I still suggest to get some help to carry in and out. Also a tip: buy a screwdriver to carry in the bad for assembly and de-assembly magnetic one works even better!

I bought this thinking it would be close to the same from other websites. I didn’t have to use it until a few months after receiving it. I used it for the first time last weekend for an install. The “adjustable” pipes don’t adjust. In fact one came higher than the other. I had to basically hammer it down to make it even to the one that wouldn’t raise. Also the push pins don’t lock into the holes, also one pushpin was so stuck, I had to pry it to go into the pipe just so I could link the poles together. All of them were just sitting into each other, not secured because the push pins wouldn’t connect. Then I had to reuse it again this weekend. The one push pin that wasn’t jammed was now jammed, I sliced open my finger trying to get it un jammed. I’m going to have to order a new black pipe and drape due to the poor quality of this one. I can run a business and have rental equipment this faulty.

I ordered this because it was adjustable to different heights and width’s. When I did receive it part B (1pc) was missing. I messaged the seller and sent out a part for me right away. Also it comes with a carrying case for easy transport. Worked great for my very first balloon wall.
