Easy to use. I use them every time I have more than 1 bag. I look like a pack mule when carrying over my shoulders and in my hands. Great Christmas stocking stuffer.

Work great. Carries a lot of bags

Heavy is still heavy. I thought the weight distribution would allow me to carry something heavier than reasonable but that was not the case. If both bags on each end are quite heavy they will dig into your shoulder over a decent length walk. However, in desperation due to the significant pain of heavy bags and the straps hurting, I figured out to connect two of the straps to use as one and then it reduced much of the pain.

Cannot figure out how to use it. It came with no instructions and it's not long enough to carry bags over your shoulder. There were 3 in the package. And if you put them together it's long enough but how do you attach the bags. Update. The seller got back with me and sent me a link to a video on how to use it. Very quick response. They offered me a full refund. But I really just wanted instructions and they got them for me . So I will be trying this product next grocery haul.
