This is exactly as advertised. Large and sturdy enough for all sizes of people. Great for both yoga, or other forms of exercise. I personally am using it to help my ballance, by trying to stand up on it. It has a good friction surface and is very safe. Comes with a handy little pump and spare plugs for the valve. Good item and reasonably priced.

Feels like a quality material. Being a heavier set person (fat) I feel like it can take my weight comfortably. I followed the instructions allowing the material time to stretch before adding more air and so far the results have been brilliant. There are plenty of exercise videos out there for all ranges of fitness. I’ve certainly never laughed so much whilst trying to follow others using these for fitness.

I think this ball is an absolute must if you are pregnant. In fact, it is so good. I bought another one! I spent the last part of my pregnancy sitting and bouncing on it as it was the only way I really felt comfortable. The funny thing is now I’ve had the baby, one of the most effective ways to calm them is to hold them and gently bounce on the ball. I guess this proves the theory that they recognise what you did while they were in the womb… What I would say is that you need a very good pump to inflate it. We used one of our quite heavy duty bicycle pumps to do so. If you have an electric pump, it is probably even better. I made my husband pump it up so I I did not have to push for ages on the bike pedal pump, but it did take a bit of time even with a very good pedal bike pump! It has lasted us quite a few months with no sign of deflation or any type of puncture. I think for the price, especially that is absolutely excellent. There is an interesting feature on it, which is some diagrams showing you the different types of stretches/exercise exercises you can do with the ball. I haven’t got around to those yet, but maybe one day…

Loved my ball throughout pregnancy, was an absolute life saver for my back and my hips. Easy to inflate, I gained three stone in my pregnancy and the ball didn't fail me durable and does what it's meant to.

Used this every day during my pregnancy! Very sturdy! My 107kg partner used to sit on this everyday too! So definitely holds up well. Easy to inflate with included pump!

Brought for third trimester, instant relief and a good size and material. Comes with manual pump to blow up, took partner about 5 mins to do it with the pump

I am a bit a nerd when it comes with home design, so when I needed to pick a ball for my pregnancy, it also took me awhile to find the best ball for my interior. This thing will take some space, so trust me, you don't want some hideous neon thing taking up space in your living room. This light blue color is actually very neat and looks very similar to the image in the description. I don't like the logo on it, but that's what you get. Quality so far did not disappoint. It was easy to blow it up and I find it pleasant to sit on and use my exercises. I am planning to give birth soon, so it will be a good item to gave on those early stages of pregnancy. I noticed that when the sun shines through it, you see the imperfections and there were some wrinkles that never went away from the way it was packaged, I guess, but for the price, I am ready to accept those little things.

Ho acquistato questa fitball durante la gravidanza per fare esercizi di mobilità e rilassamento, e si è rivelata un’ottima scelta. Il materiale è resistente e antiscoppio, mi sento sempre sicura quando la uso. Le dimensioni sono perfette (io ho scelto quella da 65 cm) e le illustrazioni con le pose stampate sulla palla sono molto utili per ricordarmi gli esercizi. La pompa inclusa è pratica e facile da usare, in pochi minuti la palla era pronta. Mi aiuta tantissimo a migliorare la postura, alleviare i dolori alla schiena e preparare il corpo al parto. Continuerò a usarla anche dopo, per pilates e yoga. Consigliatissima a tutte le future mamme!
