Pure, Gentle & Truly Multi-Purpose
I’ve been using Dr Bronner’s Baby Unscented Castile Soap for a while now, and it’s one of the cleanest and most versatile products I’ve come across. The fact that it’s unscented makes it perfect for sensitive skin and babies, but also great for adults who want to avoid fragrances. It feels very gentle on the skin and doesn’t cause irritation, even with regular use. I’ve used it for face, body, and even occasionally for hair, and it works well across all. What really stands out is how concentrated it is — you only need a small amount, and it lathers nicely when diluted. It’s also great for DIY uses like mixing with water for hand wash or even light cleaning. What I liked: Very gentle and suitable for sensitive skin/babies Truly multi-purpose (face, body, hair, household use) Made with organic oils and clean ingredients Highly concentrated — lasts longer than expected Things to keep in mind: Needs dilution for most uses (can feel strong if used directly) Not very moisturising on its own — follow with a moisturiser Liquid consistency can be a bit runny if you’re not careful Overall, a high-quality, ethical, and versatile product that’s worth keeping in your routine. Especially great if you prefer minimal, natural skincare options.

Great cleaning
I was really surprised by how well this soap cleans. It works on pretty much everything and leaves things feeling properly clean. The eucalyptus scent is very strong, which I personally love. It smells powerful and fresh. A little goes a long way, so the bottle lasts longer than you expect. That helps justify the price a bit. That said, it is expensive when you compare it to normal supermarket liquid soap. I do question why being eco friendly seems to cost four times more. Overall though, it’s a great product that works extremely well. Expensive, but effective.

Lovley soap
Love this! Smells good, very cleansing but gentle. Very liquid so comes out of bottle quickly, so beware, as you only need a few drops. Used for hand and body washing but read that it can be used for dishes, etc too. Good value as the bottle lasts a long time. I will repurchase.

Great natural product
I've been using this product as shampoo for about five weeks now, so feel like I'm in a good position to write a review. When researching castile soap to be used as shampoo, there were so many mixed reviews so it's taken some experimentation to get it to work well - because I had been using "conventional" drugstore shampoo previously, my hair has had to go through somewhat of a detox to get used to this, similar to when someone goes shampoo free (most positive reviews of using castile soap as shampoo were from people who were no-poo, and I figure this is why). This process is usually around six weeks to get your hair to normal, so I'm coming to an end of this and my hair has never been better. When I first used this as shampoo however, it was horrible! My hair felt like it was just a clump of oil, because I was using it just like I had used shampoo before. What I do now is so quick and easy - I have mixed the castile soap in an old shampoo bottle with water (1/3-1/2 castile soap, the rest water) and then squirt a couple tablespoons of it into a pint glass, fill the rest with water and then just pour it over my head. Rub it in, then wash out. Then I do a rinse with Apple cider vinegar, which helps to break down the oil while your hair gets used to it (the castile soap is made of oil), which I do exactly the same way - a tablespoon of ACV in a pint glass, fill it with water, pour it over my head. The ACV does stink, but once it dries there isn't any smell and it will make your hair shine like nothing else! You can wash out the ACV but I usually just leave it as that. I also mix in a bit of baking soda with the castile soap in the pint glass sometimes, as if you live in an area with hard water, it will help wash the oil from the castile soap out. I love that I've had this product for about five weeks now and have used hardly any of it, and after over a decade of dying, bleaching, putting endless products in my hair, it's finally starting to feel normal and healthy! However, I wouldn't buy this castile soap again because I find the almond smell is too much for me! To me it smells like the fake cherry flavour they have in drinks, etc. I'll continue to use it until it's finished, but will probably get the peppermint one next time and experiment with using it for other purposes as well.

Excellent refill for foaming soap dispenser
I refill my Neat foaming soap dispensers with this product. Just a couple of capfuls, add water and you’ve got the same foam consistency but much better cleaning and great softness on the skin. I no longer get dry hands in the winter, thanks to Dr Bronner’s.
