This book is helpful in developing a positive mindset to handle lifestyle conflicts. First half ,majorly concentrates on developing a good thought process. Second half,gives various approaches on building physical strength. It’s entirely based on YOGA , contains few basic asanas with pictorial representation to grasp easily. Author specifies real life scenarios, as a guidance for the young minds to maintain mindful routine to be joyful. My journey through this book was lively. Best part in this book is that it gives ideas to attain healthy body with focused mind.

Hansaji has a unique style always. In the 7 rules to reset your mind and body book, she shows us flowers of wisdom from the garden of life. Some of these flowers are very basic and it’s easy to see and experience them. Some of the flowers are at a height which are difficult to see, touch and feel. Hansaji makes it easy to understand even these out of reach flowers from simple stories from daily life! It’s a must read for everyone for a happy and healthier life - mentally and physically both.
