How do I know this is low in FODMAPs?

Our proprietary recipe has been tested by Monash University, the creators of the FODMAP diet and most trusted source for testing of FODMAP levels in foods.

Are there any preservatives?

Absolutely not. You won’t find any additives, fillers, preservatives, yeast extract, maltodextrin, "natural flavors", or ingredients you can’t pronounce in our chicken broth.

Isn't celery high in FODMAPs?

In higher quantities, yes. But in low quantities, celery is low FODMAP. It represents a very small percentage in our recipe and the added flavor is worth it (we don't believe in eliminating flavorful vegetables more than is scientifically necessary).

Is this suitable for dogs or pets?

We have heard that dogs can't eat onions. While this product contains no onion bulbs, it does contain scallion tops, leek tops and chives which may not be safe for dogs or other pets. Please discuss with your vet.

Aren't alliums high in FODMAPs?

While the bulbs of onion and garlic are high FODMAP gut triggers, the green parts of scallions, leeks chives are not. So we use them instead for the similar delicious flavor.
