Good for the specs
It a good pc I have been using it for more than a year and it has been running very well no problems. I just wish that I purchased something that can be easily upgraded. Only con for me would be the wattage the psu is 650 which was got for a 3060 but I’m planning on upgrading my pc and at this rate it’s better to by a prebuilt because I would need to upgrade a lot to keep up with modern games in 2k settings. Very good recommend for the price.

Better than expected, but strange Motherboard / Shadow 4
I bought this as my first PC. I upgraded from a gaming laptop. I needed a machine that could handle the higher res games while I stream. When I first started looking at systems, I thought I needed to spend over $2,000 like the rest of my friends. But after I saw the Benchmark test results on one of these, I figured I would try it. I ran this yesterday for a test stream and got rave reviews. It ran flawlessly! The game looks beautiful and my stream did as well! ***Update - I run this over Ethernet since I have 1gb internet speeds. But this motherboard seems to require me to have WiFi connected for the Ethernet port to process the connection. I only found this out after spending about an hour on the phone with Tech support. They were awesome and very knowledgeable! Definitely not a deal killer. But just weird.

GPU seems to be fried
Everything was packaged well and looked good but when booted up from the start I had these horizontal green lines on 3 different monitors. I've come to the conclusion it is a faulty GPU. The rest seems nice

Happy so far - a good deal
PC arrived very fast and was in good condition except for one of the 4 plastic feet having snapped off (I was able to stick it back on). From inspection sheet, mfg date was less than a month prior to purchase. The PC I got has an Asus Prime B550-PLUS AC-HES motherboard and a MSI M371 SSD (1TB). The copper heat sink over the CPU is pretty cool. Love the easy access to the motherboard and no trouble accessing the 2nd free NVME socket and was able to install a Samsung 970 EVO with no problem (no M2 screws provided). Mechwarrior5 which, burned out my previous PC's graphics card, runs smoothly on the Shadow.

nice box for the money
No issues with shipping. Loved the application updater to ensure that bios and all applications are up to date. Great performance and will be doing some additional performance testing soon.

Woyldnt purchase again
Came with a bad power supply and had to fix ourselves.
