I’ve purchased a few of these over the past year as they work for me in helping with symptoms of ibs. I’ve found other brands useless but these taken 1 x 3 times a day have helped immensely. They’re good value to. They may not work for everyone but I’d recommend giving them a try for the price as I did. Highly recommended on the basis that they’ve worked very well for my problem.
