I have minor digestive issues and it didn’t bother my stomach. It helped if anything. I mix with cold or warm water before bed. It amazes me how easily it dissolves. Some brands have a gritty taste and this does not. It does have a subtle smell and taste. I don’t mind it though. It’s bone broth power, that’s to be expected. It would definitely go great with a salty, sweet smoothie, soup, use it as a seasoning for food. The more nutrients, the better! Overall, I would definitely get this again! Love this stuff. Totally a gross idea, but great execution! I have two ways I like to use this- one is in my morning coffee. I do NOT like it on its own as it does have a little flavor, so I always add cream when this is in my coffee. The other way is mixed in with some warm water and beef bouillon. That is probably my favorite way, but for convenience I usually have it in the coffee. My favorite thing about this priloduct is that it dissolves quickly and completely. I do mix up my drinks a few times to make sure nothing settles, but I have never ever had a clump. It's good stuff!

My mother recommended that I buy this bone broth for my smoothies in the morning. I breast feed and while I was getting full with the one I was using, it wasn't lasting very long. I used this powder one time and it lasted a good while. When I did get hungry, it was a actual hunger and not a "I'm not satisfied type of feeling". The taste blends well with whatever I'm putting it into. I can't really taste it. It does have a very light smell but isn't a gross smell. It's a light smell of protein powder. I bought the smallest bag to try it out. It's worth the price for natural alternatives. I will say, if you are putting it into a smoothy, put it on the top of all the things you are going to put into the blender. I find it mixes better this way. It hasn't upset my stomic and I feel like it digest well. All in all its a good buy

A little confused as to why so many bad reviews, I had to get on and give my 2 cents. I just finished my first bag and just bought another. I love this product taste clean. The flavor is VERY mild, but this is great to add in coffee/smoothie/soup. I often drink it with hot water and add salt/garlic powder and a bit of oregano. It’s wonderful. Wish it was a little cheaper so I am searching for a more affordable brand however this is great product and wanted to share my opinion.
