I left DC for a while like a lot of people online, but this and their quench 'n define gel brought me back. Combined, they give me perfect, frizz-free hair that LASTS. On its own, this is moderately moisturizing. It's very lightweight and not sticky at all. I do think it's overpriced, but I always buy it on sale.

Love love love. Spray and scrunch. Feels so light. You have to try it. I get an annual perm and this is my go to.

Love the smell. Also love this type of spray bottle, always gets more of the hair with this type of sprayer. Leaves the hair soft and a little sticky but the stickness goes away after it fully dries. I love the product just not sure it was worth the money I paid for it. Honestly not sure I would buy it again for the price. If it went on sale maybe but not at $40

I have very fine curly hair and live in a high humidity area. This is hands down the best curling product I have tried. Spray in when your hair is wet, scrunch your curls and let it dry naturally. Gave my hair so much body and beautiful curls!

Unfortunately, I had to return this. It worked good in parts of my hair, but not on my scalp. It was too heavy and my hair looked a little greasy

Holds curls great for a few days between washes, keeps hair soft, if you use too much or you sweat it can get sticky and dreadlock up the curles. Refresh in the morning with a water spray bottle and scrunch. Just wish it came in travel size

SHORT VERSION of review: -fantastic for fine, limp hair - soft and shiny hair, no added weight -works with combo hair -- oily roots and dry ends -use very little so it goes a long way -can be combined with other products for more wave, curl, and or volume -best with low/medium heat blow-dryer, but also good for air-drying -acts as heat-protectant -HIGHLY recommended - it's a game-changer! ------------------------------ LONG VERSION of review (more details): I was originally given a couple of bottles of this product from someone who was participating in a hair show and received it in their "gift bag", so I tried it ... and I haven't looked back! I am so glad I can get it on Amazon as I don't ever want to be without I have not found another product like it in professional hair products or drug-store available products. It truly is outstanding. I have ultra-fine somewhat curly medium-length layered hair, with dry ends and oily roots. Difficult to style, and always looks frizzy and unkempt even when doing the the curly girl hair routine. Most products are either too heavy, or do nothing to help, and layering products makes it worse. Nightmare hair!. Using a squirt-and-a-half on my towel-dried hair and combing it through to the ends, I can safely blow-dry my hair and I can get volume without frizz. My hair is smooth and soft -- something I've never had before. I don't mean to sound silly, but I did have a few tears in my eyes when I tried it for the first time. My hair looked NORMAL - soft and touchable. I have never had that. For the first time, I had a decent hair day. It seems to work best (at least for my hair) if I blow-dry on warm with a diffuser, or lower air output. The bit of heat activates the product even better than simply letting hair air-dry. It has a heat-protector, so no worries about harming delicate hair. If you don't need volume or maybe have a different hair type, air drying works just fine. When I'm in a hurry and don't have time to blow-dry, I use the product and go. It dries well, and doesn't leave hair sticky or crunchy. I just finger-comb as my hair dries. When I really want to enhance the waves/curls, I have used this first, then used a tiny dollop of hair gel (literally the size of my pinky finger nail) to get a bit of hold on the curls. Mousse also works well for a lighter wave/curl. I have also tried combining this with a tiny bit of creamy hair volumizer, and had great results. I have tried so many products without success and none have compared to this. It is not cheap drug-store fare, but you use very little and it lasts a long time, so very much worth the cost. If you're like me with limp thin hair, you might really like this product. For me, it was a game-changer!

DevaCurl does it again. My curling spray seems to have been discontinued so I gave this a try. I used it between conditioner and curl cream and air dried my hair. The results were great. No frizz and tons of curl. I haven’t tried it as a hair spray, but it definitely worked as a curl enhancing spray with my styling cream.

Smells good, was nice for the hair. Buy expensive for what it is and the spray was not fitted for the purpose. I ended up spraying it in my hand and putting it in my hair that way.

I got this to try, love the original deva curl, but found my hair still dry, this product is a pure gift of joy for me, totally brought my curl nice and conditioned. I will most definitely repurchase thos product, and I love the smell. Please don't change a thing with this product, totally worth the money, only thing I would change is the spray and make it more of a mist spray, I changed over mine it into a mist bottle and less waste and more even coverage. Love , love , love it 😀
