This pillow effectively addressed all of my sleep-related issues. Its durability in maintaining shape, combined with a soft feel, enhances overall comfort. And since I only needed one pillow, I gave the other with to my brother, and let me tell you, he really enjoyed the pillow.

Best pillow I’ve ever purchased! I was having terrible neck pain from a pillow I probably should have replaced long ago. Someone at my gym actually suggested this pillow and I’m so pleasantly surprised that it not only has been sooo comfy to sleep on, my neck pain has also disappeared! I love that you can adjust the amount of stuffing inside to your preference. The cooling component is just an added bonus. Love this pillow. I purchased it in Aug and am writing the review in December. I wanted to see if I still loved it after sleeping on it for a while.

I have used this pillow for 2 nights now, The first night was ridiculously HOT - I woke up soaking wet. I flipped the pillow over and was fine the rest of the night. Then last night, before I went to bed, I made sure I was on the "cool" side before I layed my head on it. After about 10 minutes laying there, it was already hot, like encasing me in heat.. So I again flipped the pillow... and I stayed cool most of the night. I have not slept through the night in over a year, Now last night I slept decently - Did I still wake up, yes, but not because I was stupid hot for the first time in a year. The pillow itself is very comfortable and it came with extra cushoning if I want to add or remove some. I like it just the way it is. It does come out of the box shrink wrapped - it is flat, it took me all of 5 minutes of fluffing it to get it to triple in size. The queen size is a great fit for me, I am a side sleeper to start then flip and turn all night, with this pillow I fall asleep and change positions maybe once or twice a night - better than 5-10 that was previously my regular night. The fabric of the outer case is very soft and I find it very cool to the touch, HOWEVER.... as I said before the "cool" side about cooked me alive, but once I flipped the pillow - it was about perfect. I think they sewed my "cool side - Soft side" tag on backwards.. That is why it got 4 stars instead of 5. The quality is great, but I'm pretty sure the attention to detail slipped through.

These pillows really are cool! I love the fact that you can adjust their firmness to fit any sleeping position. It takes a bit of fiddling to get it just right, but then you’re good to go. You can fluff them in the dryer on air to maintain shape retention. The cool side is markedly cooler than the “soft” side. I accidentally slept on the soft side last night and I woke up sweaty. Never happens when I use the cool side . I really would like to buy two pillowcases with both sides cool. I tried to contact the company regarding this without success. Help!

Amazing for the price! Took a little getting used to, and I did remove some of the fluff from both pillows and now they are perfect. We ended up ordering another set because we both hold pillows while we sleep. After taking some fluff out of all 4 pillows, I was able to make two 20x20 couch pillows! They are all so cozy and perfect. A good dupe for those outrageously expensive pillows. So glad I found these. Just order them!

So I do like the pillow. It's really comfortable, And it comes with extra stuffing so you can add more to it if you need. I personally had to because it was a little flat. In terms of the cooling, it does work. The only issue is that it's not super effective when you have your head laying there for over like 15 to 20 minutes. But it doesn't heat up to a point that is uncomfortable. There is heat, It's just not as hot as a regular pillow. But when you take your head off if you give it about 30 seconds to a minute, it instantly cools off. So that is a very nice effect. Most cooling pillows are pretty expensive but this one's got a pretty decent price so I trust it.

Amazing pillow! Ive always had problems with finding a pillow that supports my head correctly. For years, I haven't found a firm pillow I like. You can customize the firmness by taking out the stuffing inside the pillow. They provide a bag/case for extra stuffing your take out. The first night the pillow was too firm. Better than soft pillows for me but I woke up with a stiff neck. The second night I took out about 25% of the stuffing and it was perfect. No neck pain or waking up with a headache. My sleep has been amazing! No longer am I tossing around or fluffing the pillow in the middle of the night. My tendinitis pain has gone down significantly as I dont put my hand under the pillow for support. I used to have a restless pain in my leg and this has magically gotten rid of it. No more stiff legs in the mornings. I am so happy with this purchase and highly recommend to anyone who has trouble finding a firm pillow.

I just love these pillows. I do sweat at night around my neck and these pillow that I have had now for over 6 months are still staying nice and col. The only downside to them is they are so slick that pillow cases slide around on them , A LOT, but if that is all that is a con to them I can live with that. They are really filled a lot so I did take some of the stuffing out and I keep the extra in the little bag the pillows came in. The pillows are so comfortable and I have not had any neck issues since I started sleeping with these pillows.

Current pillows before this one: To try to get comfortable I have been sleeping with a down pillow under my head and down/feather pillows under each arm and whatever I happen to have in the bed for under my knees or between my knees depending on my position. Sleep position: I start the night on my back and then switch to a side/stomach position for the rest of the night - and switching from one side to the other. Reason for switching: Even laying on my back with all those pillows my arms would fall asleep with my old pillow. If I was laying on my side, my shoulders would get very sore. On my stomach, I was struggling to get comforable too. The loft has been gone from my old down pillows for awhile and it was time to try something new. Experience with this pillow: Cover: Wow the material is COLD. So I wouldn't call it a "cooling" pillow, the material itself is cold, almost like an ice pack. When it's extra cold in the room, I have to flip it over to the bamboo side so I"m not too cold. But for when I want coolnees, there's always part of the pillow that is cool for me to move my face/head onto. Loft/Filling: The first night I tried it as is. I do sleep in ALL positions: back, side and stomach so I didn't expect one pillow to do it all. For the first night it was great for both laying on my back and on my side. But it was too high to comfortably lay on my stomach. Night two and beyond I removed 2 large ziplock bags of foam and it was then perfect in ALL positions. Smell: No I didn't detect an odour or any off gasing and l I'm very sensitive to this smell in general. Out of the bag: I put it straight into the dryer along with 3 softballs that I wrapped inside of mitts/hats and each one inside of a ziplock bag. I put it on low heat for 10 minutes and the pillow were fully expanded and ready to use. Overall impression: I LOVE this pillow more than I could have imagined. It gives me enough loft and support that when I lay on my side, I do not squish/hurt my shoulder at all. On my back I sink in like a down pillow and it's really soft and comfortable. It is the tiniest bit too high on my stomach but if I put my head nearer to the end of the pillow, there's less foam there and it works out. Would I buy it again? 10/10 yes! My son already bought one after I reluctantly let him try mine one night. He loves it too. He has been complaining about not having enough support in his pillows. I will buy another one and take out more of the foam so I have one that's perfect for laying on my back and side (the one I have now) and one that is perfect for when I sleep on my stomach instead of one that's almost perfect. I'm SUPER picky when it comes to pillows and I don't expect one pillow to work for all positions. However if you don't sleep on your back, side AND stomach like I do, I'm confident you can find the right amount of foam to remove/keep to have it work for you too. I've also recommened this pillow to two friends with neck problems. I'll also add that I have not had any issues with my arms/hands/fingers falling asleep when using this pillow in any position. I'm happy with the price too (I paid $42 CAD and I had a $3 off coupon) as I was considering pillow that appear to be very similar but they were over $100 more.
