Quality of the product and services
The product was broken and couldnt be assembled. No updates so far from any concerned people even upon immediate return booking. As if now, not worthy of the price.

Do not buy this, the center slot is milled or cast at a 3-5 degree angle, so the scale comes out crooked…literally has no use
