Q: Wold this also make your nails grow

I would say that with it being a nail hardener, that it allows your nails to grow since it keeps them from becoming brittle.

Q: Is this better than sally hansen gel rehab strengthener?

They work differently. The gel rehab stuff is thicker and supposedly works to make your nails thicker. I tried the gel for one bottle and didn't like it very much. The diamond hardener makes the nails HARD, just like it promises. It doesn't make them thicker.

Q: Why does it say to use it "up to 4 days"? Can you keep applying coats after the four days? Why do you have to remove and start over after four days?

Q: How many minutes do u have to leave it on?

Lots just like polish. You paint it on and leave it on. Just add a coat every other day.
