I think it's helping my get a bit more O2 into my blood. My ConnRing says that sometimes my O2 levels are a bit low - low as 85%.

Make it to the fourth floor without wishing to die
Here in Honolulu, we're experience Vog; Volcanic Fog. It creates a choking sensation and is not unlike tree pollen blooms after a heavy rainfall on the second sunny day. This has helped me when I add to anything I drink. I use the designer drinks at Whole Foods that are definitely not cheap, but I use liquid supplements to these fabulous combo drinks to make them even more powerful--and justify the price.

No noticeable benefit
I have COPD and after taking these as recommended, I had noticed no difference, good or bad, in my breathing or feeling of my lungs. I do not believe this product worked for me as described.

Lives up to its Name!
This has been an absolute miracle for me. I have been running around for a year to get to the bottom of an issue I’d been having with swelling in my feet and ankles. My doctor was not prescribing me anything, so I took a look on line. It’s only been a week and the swelling has reduced significantly. I am blown away - the name meets my expectation. I don’t feel I am out of the woods yet, but a response such as the one I’ve had deserves all the kudos in the world. My feet and the swelling has been impacted greatly. Thank you for this product.

Not What It Claims to Be
One of these days, I will stop believing all of the "miracle" hype that persuades people to purchase herbal concoctions that claim to cure complex medical issues. Don't misunderstand. I'm not saying that herbal supplements can't assist in helping to live healthier. Those supplements do exist. But this isn't one of them. What it did do was cause nausea and interrupted my sleep patterns. It did nothing for the congestion in my lungs. I'm about ready to start a 2nd round of antibiotics. I'm much more optimistic of the outcome.
