The machine is not working.
I opened the item just today after ordering it in September 2024. The machine is not working. How do I resolve this?

Product didn’t start at all
Really disappointed, when I turned it on it said connect to the app. Post that the it never came on. Tried checking for a solution but none to be found

ارجو الانتباه لفولت الجهاز اشتريته من أمازون أمريكا ولم انتبه انه 110 v وفولت السعودية 220 v واحترق الجهاز علي ولا يشمل الضمان الا 30 يوم لكن للاسف تم فتحه بعد انتهاء مدة الضمان لم استطع اصلاح الجهاز ولا التواصل مع أمازون أمريكا
