This posture corrector was more effective than expected as well as more comfortable than I anticipated. It seems to be very effective in correcting mild posture issues and allowing you to do the same if you have the muscle tone to do so.For moderate to moderately severe posture problems and/or moderately severe pain, one will need to take things very slow and not expect too much, too fast. I anticipate it might help slow down my own back issues from decades of scoliosis and more recent muscle tone loss.Initially, I felt more pain -- not immediately --so I loosened up the straps and tried a more gentle position. Even if it doesn't feel like it is working, it is! -- in regards to stretching muscles and tendons. I would say pain is improving but I can't be sure if it is from the device or time -- I suspect both as I strained muscles in recent weeks.As far as ease of use, it is once you have the straps in line. It's a bit akin to putting on a bra backwards but one where you fasten the staps.I look forward to better posture and like what I see when I do use this posture corrector.

There are a lot of ergonomic exercises suggested for someone who sits about 8 hours on an office chair all day. However just like everybody else, I probably have the worst seating position. I badly needed something to straighten my back before I start looking like a hunchback. This is where it all made a difference. It’s super easy to put on and surprisingly very comfortable. Helps keep back straight especially during times when I’d slouch on my chair otherwise. Definitely recommend for everyone to try it out.

I really didn't like the fact that I couldn't reach the extention strap to pull it tight.

I didn’t realize how bad my posture actually was until I put on my posture corrector. My back felt better instantly, although I’m sure it will take some time getting used to standing this way. My chiropractor always tells me how important it is to have good posture and this product will help with that for sure!

this product helped my posture. But, i needed help getting out adjusted properly. If written for a long time, it chafed my under arms

The brace itself is easy to put on but nearly impossible to adjust. The "adjustor" velcro straps fly off before the velcro can make a strong connection. I nearly put my back out trying to adjust it. I will return it.

This is not as described. Buyer beware!! I will be returning.It is flimsy, cheap, and does not even hold up long enough to be worn once.

Easy to use! Definitely made you aware of your posture the whole time.
