These are great, perfect for my wife. BUT if you have oily skin like me, even if you clean thoroughly, by the morning the clear model will be falling off as the adhesive is not strong enough. But only for oily skin. For my wife the opposite, the weaker adhesive means no skin damage - perfect for her.

I’ve been sleeping with these for a week now and have definitely noticed a difference in my sleep. I have sleep apnea but have never been able to keep my cpap on. I’ve tried cheaper brands of strips but they didn’t work well and usually came off during the night. These allow me to breath better, they stay on, and they don’t irritate my skin. I highly recommend these to anyone who has sleep apnea and struggles with a cpap.

What can I say, they work but boy oh boy is that adhesive strong on sensitive skin. I put a strip of lotion down the bridge of my nose before I put the strip on so I don't peel off all the skin on the top of my nose removing it. If I get it up too high then the ends are up near my under eye skin which is very sensitive also. I don't usually put these on looking in a mirror but I think I need to do so to make sure they're down low enough on the bridge of my nose. Otherwise they seem to work fairly well with my night breathing. Most of the nights this stay on all night without any problem and sometimes into the morning and it takes some time to get them off slowly and carefully. If I don't take them off super carefully the skin gets really irritated.

This type of Breathe Right nasal straps works very well for me. I use every night.

These have now been around for a long time and are perfect. Will definitely keep buying and using.

These strips definitely open up your nose when they stay put, but that’s hit or miss. About half the time they start peeling off during the night, even when I clean my nose first. I’m also not a fan of the stiff, awkward feeling when I first put one on. It feels weird and tight across the bridge of my nose, but after a few minutes in bed I mostly forget it’s there. They do help me breathe better, so they work but they could definitely be more comfortable and stick better.

J'ai acheté 2 boîtes. Une avait un collant pour sceller et l'autre était normale. J'ai eu un doute que j'avais reçu une boîte ouverte. Effectivement, j'ai compté et j'avais 24 languettes au lieu de 30. C'est décevant. L'autre boîte était OK avec 30 languettes.

excellent nasal strips. I find it hard to sleep and breathe is I sleep on my left side owing to a deviated septum. But, using these nasal keeps my nostrils and breathing open. Sleeping on my left side? Never able to do it; until now. Excellent product and great if you have a cold or blocked nose. If blocking doesn't clear, then use a saline nasal spray in combination with using these nasal strips. /excellent.......
