Exceptional customer support
I ordered two sets of these - four lamps total. Assembly is simple and the lamps are attractive, to me; a nice size for bedrooms. I'd describe them as "modern farmhouse" if such a thing makes sense. However, of the four, one did not work. Specifically, when turned on it flashed, fast. After trying different bulbs, outlets, etc., I reached OYEARS (seller) customer service via Amazon. After a brief, friendly dialog, they shipped a replacement that arrived, literally, the next day. The replacement works as intended. The lamps themselves are a good value for the price, but the customer service was next-level.

I changed my opinion and that’s hard to do!
I left my original review but have now added. After my original review which gave 3 stars. The company contacted me. They sent a new lamp. Wasn’t expected but it revealed unexpected updates. The shade is not longer Velcro but has very sturdy clips to connect the shade to frame. Already creating a much sturdier product. This shade is 1000% a better addition. I am also impressed with the attention to customer opinion. You just don’t see that as often as a customer would like. If they stand behind their product and listen to the customer, it’s a class act. I was not asked to change my review. I am proud to do so! Original Review Below I like the vibe of this lamp. The base is very sturdy and looks high end. The lampshade is the reason I have rated it lower. The shade Velcros to the frame. The Velcro Overlaps and the shade then has a major seam which can’t seem to be straight. After a few Months, the Velcro has started To fall off the metal frame of the shade. Now it looks more tilted. I still like it and I haven’t replaced the shade yet so there is that.

Easy to put together
These lamps are great!! On end tables by my couch. Just the right size

Base is pretty, but the rest is not well made
The lamp base is aesthetically beautiful but the shade is a different story. The harp doesn't fit correctly in place and the shade is very low quality, I did read other reviews saying the same thing. It's best to replace the shade or recover it as I did. I used a faux leather material to cover it and it looks better. However, it arrives packaged with the neck not attached to base, you just screw it on, but one of the lamp necks's just keeps turning, it never really locks in place. Also the shade just spins around easily as it doesn't stay put once the finial piece is screwed in on top to secure it. It just feels a bit poorly made which is disappointing. Should be more quality control with these products.

These are so much better than I was hoping! They really made the bedroom look dreamy. Three touch setting plus charger stations. Super easy and solid!
