Who can go wrong with Merrell hiking boots. They are true to size. They are very comfortable completely waterproof that’s for sure and since they have Gore-Tex, they sure as hell know how to keep your feet warm and I hike in the northeast and every season.

Well worth the $$
Got them for $80 and hopefully they hold up better then my last pair that were not gortex. So far they are perfect. Only had a couple weeks but they are light, actually water proof and warm. Great traction too.

Theses are great hiking shoes. They really did not need and break in. They were comfortable from the start. They are very well made. The soles are very rugged and provide great traction and support.
