Excellent replacement for air cleaner hose, or heater duct work.
This hose was re-purposed as air cleaner hose on my Ford 800 series tractor. I tried several parts houses trying to find flexible 2" inside diameter hose, with no luck. I finally found this on Amazon. I only needed about 3 feet to complete the replacement of the hoses, but since there were none available, this was a very reasonably priced option. I still have the remaining piece, which will probably be used on other projects that require replacement of air hoses for heating ducts or air cleaner hoses. The hose is very flexible and very strong with the wire made into it. I would recommend this product for anyone that has the same circumstances. It probably works well for what it is advertised for, given the features it has. I can be stretched out and retracted any time it needs to be.

Sturdy, Expands to full length and Compresses back to Short Length for Easy Storage
Works very well for drain hose from our 300 gallon IBC tank. Connected it to a 2" quick connect from Amazon 275-330 Gallon IBC Tote Tank Adapter,3-Size IBC Tote Hose Adapter, 2.44" Fine, 2 "Fine, and 2" Coarse Thread,3/4" Male NPT Inlet ×3/4" Male GHT Lead-Free Brass Hose Faucet Garden Hose Connector cam. It expands to full length or partially and compacts back to original 3 foot length for easy storage. It lets us back up to animal water troughs and fill them without having to park exactly over them. Great addition for watering our animals all over the farm.

I hope it doesn’t collapse when used stretched out. That’s my only concern. Very flexible.

Laughable design
All I can do is describe their logic.... "Insert this expandable and easily collapsible pipe into the connector that is just a cut off end of the same exact sized expandable/collapsible pipe and screw it in without either of them collapsing as you try to fit the two exact same sized items into each other." If you enjoy annoying mundane projects, such as fitting the collapsible connector onto not 1, but TWO identically sized collapsible pipes, then this is the project and item for you! The "manual" shows the connector as a slightly larger size which would make sense. Nope, they just cut a tip of the end off and called it a connector. Hey guys, it would've just been easier to put the 1 pipe into the other than doing this laughable method you describe!
