Takes a 135 seconds to fully dissolve
Dropped 2 in my water, watched it fizz like a tiny science experiment, and suddenly felt like a fully charged phone. Tastes like Ribena with a hint of chalk, but I’m hydrated so who cares.

Good ORS
Dioralyte is disgusting but this ORS tastes pretty good. Just watch out if you put it into a bottle with a drinking straw cause it might jumping fountain all over you, I know from experience. Really good for use in sports.

Super value for money, a far better alternative to Lucozade or similar energy drinks.
Cannot recommend highly enough.When you consider these products, think Lucozade without the nasty sugars. Excellent value for money and will certainly improve your hydration levels. I use these every time I compete and see a significant boost VS drinking water alone.Taste is pretty harmless, not too strong but some people may wish to add a tiny bit of cordial to improve the flavour.Give them a try, you won;t be disappointed.

Although I couldn't say if other products wouldn't have done the same, these tablets have changed my life. I literally have not had a hangover since I started taking these after a night out. I have praised the person who told me their secret on a recent stag do! They are probably also great for their intended purposes.

contains sucrose
damn it, i didn't realise it contains sucrose. i've been buying others called high five zero, which don't have anything like that in - these are much much sweeter. but these seemed cheaper so i thought i'd try them, but not so happy about the sugar

Great for sport and hangovers
I often suffer from severe dehydration headaches particularly after working out in my gym during hot weather, I couple of these in my water bottle help replace loss electrolytes thus avoiding the headaches. Also good for hangovers !

Very Good!
These have a good taste and certainly do the trick. Used them on a daily basis when on holiday in Mexico recently to ensure that we were hydrated in the heat! Will be purchasing these again!

Used to be good, less effective and slow to dissolve now.
Used to use these all the time when exercising, in summer or after a bout of illness and they were great. However, I don't think it's just the pack size that has changed but also the composition. The pack size decreased from about 20 tablets to 12. The tablets now take a long time to dissolve, leave more of a residue, and taste very weak. In terms of rehydration, they don't seem as effective as they were previously either. Disappointing and I won't be purchasing them again.
