We have to face it, we download too many apps, surf too many shows, and quickly fill up our memory. Once you reach that level you are faced with a show stalling mid-stream, or even have an issue where the voices and picture don't seem synced up with one another. When this happened once before we upgraded to a higher FireStick and it fixed our problem for awhile, but we started getting the warnings again. With this expansion kit we were able to use a SD card or Thumb drive to expand the memory / storage and resume watching our programs without interruption. Highly recommended and a great value as it expands your memory and allows you to resume streaming uninterrupted.

Used to extend ports and options for Amazon Firestick.

Bought this along with the Made for Amazon SanDisk recommendation in the sale page. Hooked it up to my 4K Max Firestick and then the fun started. The Firestick recognized the drive and asked me how I wanted it formatted. I formatted for App use. Moved my first app to the SanDisk and attempted to play from there. The app started and then locked up the Firestick completely. Had to unplug the Firestick to get it to reset, after that the USB drive was no longer seen by the Firestick. After unplugging the Firestick again and resetting the SanDisk again it again asked for the formatting choice. Formatted again for app use and moved an app to the drive. Tried to run the app and the same thing happened. Drive no longer recognized and I am tired of the constant resetting. Not sure if it is a Firestick issue, this device or the SanDisk but not worth the time or money.

This worked for expanding storage space on my firestick although all I used was the wires that came with it to connect to my firestick and thumb drive. Whenever i tried using the other included adapter piece, it gave me problems. Even with just the wire adapters it seems like the type of usb storage device can be a factor. Out of the two high speed usb drives i tried only one of them stayed connected. The other wouldn’t stay connected. Although it could also be the type of firestick i have that was causing issues. I currently have the most current version of the 4k uhd stick.

It works. I don't like the feel of the adapter. Plug it into the fire stick and it works.

There are no instructions with this product. You are completely on your own. I installed it like I think it should be done and it doesn't work. It may need additional parts. I'll probably return it.

It does store more movie to help stop buffering when streaming.

If your not tech savvy can be a bit of a pain setting up. After which seems to work as extra memory but for the life of me still haven’t managed to install/save anything on it from my firestick 🥺

全くの 素人なので 接続方法がわかる説明書があると良かったです。何とか考えて接続したところ、ブルーのパイロットランプが点灯しましたが、機能しているのかが分からないのと、ファイアースティック側の設定側必要なのか、使用出来ないとメッセージが出てしまう。
