Great set. Need to cut off end of bolt to prevent backing out by turning from thread end with wrench.

Anybody wondering what the thread size is? Why is this detail not given in the listing? What I received is 5/16"-18. However, the nut threads are poor. While I was able to get every nut threaded onto every supplied bolt, with five of the six nuts it took an effort. Some nuts did not want to start threading, while others started fine but after several turns stuck. Not an easy installation. Eventually, I got them all working. I was just about to get out my tap and die set, but didn't need to go that extreme. I've no idea as to long-term durability. Hopefully they don't rust. I will be using these, just the nuts, to tamper-proof the ditch light installation on my 2020 Toyota Tundra. The original equipment carriage bolts that came with my light pods are 5/16" - 18. It would have been great to know what the thread size of this mounting hardware was before ordering. "[Bolts are] suitable for 3/8" holes," is all the information given in this listing at the time I ordered. 3/8" - 16 bolts will also fit a 3/8" hole, so I didn't know until they arrived what size they are. Since they worked, I'm giving 4 star. For the lack of thread size information, as well as the poor nut threads, I almost gave 3 star.
