Worth trying
Tastes like a wheat pasta. The flavor was good. The whole family liked It and tasted better than what I was expecting. I didn’t cook it for longer than 4-5 minutes. It was a little softer than I like, so I will try 3-4 minutes next time. A little pricey but worth it to eat more protein and less carbs and sugar. Doesn’t leave you feeling bloated.

Expensive but worth it!
Pasta tastes great and is super low carb. Ingredients are clean! What more can you ask for? I made an amazing low carb mac and cheese and it turned out great!! This is better than a gluten free rice pasta.

Not For Me
Maybe I'm not the best customer to review this, as I enjoy traditional pasta. But, I do eat alternatives and always looking for healthy options. I was excited to try this based on the good reviews, and did ... it was absolutely horrible tasting. The worst consistency, mouth feel, flavor, all were about as bad as it gets. I try not to "yuck on anyone's yum", but I tried a bowl of this ... after attempting, I just tossed it out and cooked some traditional pasta. For those of you that like this, bless you ... but for me, it was one of the worst foods I've ever tasted. I most always leave 5-Star reviews - so I try to be honest and balanced, and I am. I also realive taste is the in the taste buds of each consumer, and this stuff generally gets good reviews, but .... IMHO, ewwwwwww.

Good pasta
The texture is good but it’s a little dry when I put sauce. Still need to experiment more but for high protein pasta it’s not bad at all.

My family loves it and i would buy more of this because it is so much healthier than other pastas.
I served this pasta at dinner with a creamy garlic sauce, and no one believed it was low carb! It has a great bite to it, and I love that it’s made with lupin flour, super filling but doesn’t leave you bloated. We’re trying to keep dinners more keto-friendly, and this made it so easy without sacrificing taste or satisfaction.

Be Very Careful When Cooking - Start Off With 4 Minutes
3.5 StarsI really like lupin flour and use it to make pancakes all the time. I was excited about this pasta because how can lupin flour pasta be wrong, right?The pasta itself is not terrible. It was just okay. I do need to try another box because I, like the strange person I am, tried following the directions. I boiled salted water, dumped the pasta in and set the timer for six minutes. At the 5 minute mark I had a weird feeling so I took a noodle out and discovered the pasta was ready - really ready. I quickly put the pasta in the sink and ran cold water over it to stop the cooking, but what I was left with was squishy pasta.This pasta is expensive. At $9.25 per box, which says makes four servings, but probably makes something like 2.5 or maybe 3 servings, this is the most expensive pasta I have ever purchased. I am almost afraid to try cooking another box because that is another $9.25 out the window.My husband did not like it at all and he loves the lupin flour pancakes. My guess is he was tasting the fava bean protein and was not liking that.

good, but not as good as real wheat flour pastas. good for us with gluten issues.
