I don't believe there are any more attachments. What comes in the kit is quite useful.

Will it cut upto 1"inch thick neoprene & closed cell high density cross linked polyethylene easily?&better than a new utility knife?

It should, I was using it for model rail roading and was able to cut through 4 inches 2 x 2" sheets of Foam Board insulation that were glued together.
