A fine book for a more rewarding life!
This is one of a series of books, written by national bestselling author and my spiritual mentor for the last few years, Neale Donald Walsch, who was once homeless and now a world reknowned bestselling author, showing us that god truly works in mysterious ways! This beautifully written and easy to read book is just one more aspect within his series of books regarding humanity's evolution on this earth and in this infinite universe. Neale actually speaks with god and channels his thoughts from his unconcious to his concious mind, and putting these thoughts into an easy to understand form through his many wonderful books. As we evolve, we are becoming more and more aware of who we really are in this universe and what our true purpose is. I have already learned for my own self after a few decades of being a spiritual person and not religious, that we all are born with what is regarded by people as a part "god", inside of us. This is what I believe is our "unconcious" self. We are also born with what is known as our "conscious" self, the part of us that we are aware of in our present thoughts, coming from our mind. And there is our "superconsious" self or what may be called our "ego" or thrill seeking self. I believe our "god" thoughts, whether they be in the form of images, intuitions(gut feelings)or thoughts, along with our own selves, meaning our upbringing, environment, combined with our genetic makeup, form who we will be as we grow older. I feel that the more we listen to our god self from the unconcious part of our mind, the more we will understand about the truth of life. But that often is not so easy, as so many of us get caught up in the programming of society and the grand physical or tangible items, as well as the pleasures it has to offer. Neale Donald shows us that life can be wonderful, if you can find a balance, between your true spiritual self, these vehicles or bodies that our spiritual energy is incarnated in and the physical world that we have created over millions of years of evolution. Try closing your eyes for a moment and envision what the world as it might have been like for our ancestors, the cave people. There were trees, rocks, oceans, very little. Then open your eyes and look around you. See how we have evolved. Look at everything around you. We sure have come a long way. How do you think we evolved to where we are now! Although, as long as we have emotions, uncontrolled emotions, we will have greed, pain, emotional and physical hurting of others, which is one reason we have so many judge tv shows, which are so popular right now. Neale Donald shows us that there are other ways towards happiness and satisfaction, more peaceful and pleasant ways! And nobody gets hurt in the process. It does take discipline, but take it from me, one whose been through a lot of pain, a great deal of suffering, Neale's ways are by far more peaceful and a much pleasant way to achieve a means to an end, than any I've ever encountered before! Reading his books will show you that there is a much better way to approach your everyday dealings with life!

Mechanism of Manifestation and Other Articulate Ideas
I always enjoy a book by Neale Donald Walsch and consider him one of the most profound authors of our time. "Happier Than God" is no exception. His insight into the nature of human reality is extraordinary and his ability to articulate ideas makes compelling reading. If you've read Neale Donald Walsch's previous books in the "Conversations With God" series, this book will feel friendly and familiar. His discussion of what he calls the "Law of Opposites" is what stood out to me as one of the best parts of the book. In order to understand the "Mechanism of Manifestation" we must understand and embrace the "Law of Opposites". Neale Donald Walsch says that in order to create anything we must first create a context in which it may be experienced. The dualistic nature of the world we live in requires that context to be opposite in nature. From my viewpoint, if you apply this to the state of the world, then the escalating terrorism and violence we've seen for the past few decades appears to be a natural result of the fact that there is also a profound shift happening in consciousness. More and more people have begun to embrace the idea that they do in fact create their reality by their thoughts and feelings, awakening a spiritual renaissance that is sweeping the globe.I enjoyed this book tremendously. Yet the explanations, as profound and intellectually engaging as they are, lack a quality that I can only describe as experiential. It provides plenty of food for thought for the mind - in fact it's a feast - but I thought the writing lacked a feeling quality that could have made this book more powerful. The personal examples he used from his own life to illustrate a point were scant and described in a very perfunctory way.I love the size of this book. It's a bit smaller than his others and is handy for leaving on a nightstand, carrying on a plane, in a purse, etc. It's the kind of book that lends itself well to reading bits and pieces at a time. In fact, the structure of the book is laid out in a way that provides the reader with plenty of breaks to stop and reflect, giving the reader as much or as little "breathing time" as is needed to integrate its substance. All in all, I would highly recommend this book.

Recommend this book to everyone!
I picked up this book because I'd previously been really enjoying the Conversations with God trilogy and someone online said this was a book that had really changed their life and helped them understand spirituality better. So of course I just had to read it!I didn't really know what the book is about but after finishing it I'd sum it up as a more in-depth and spiritual way of explaining The Law of Attraction, something that the famous book The Secret is known for. I haven't read The Secret and part of that was because I thought The Law of Attraction was a bunch of BS and that it didn't really work. But this book really changed my mind because it showed what's behind it, how and why it works, and how it fits in with spirituality and that it's not just about getting a ton of stuff. So if you're interested in spirituality or have a desire to manifest change in your life, this book is quite simple and easy to read. It might provide a good starting point to understanding how you can make changes in your life. It's a short book but very profound and one I'm sure I'll re-read over and over.

Excellent and insightful
The 10 myths at the end are a wake up call to all. Makes sense too if you've read Outwitting the Devil by Napoleon Hill and The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz. Don't stay the victim and accept what you've been taught, don't buy into the falsehoods. Be curious, be conscious, be healed and whole. 🤗😍

excellent
I read the trilogy CWG and it changed my life experience in many ways, positively, as the knowledge it brought made my life become so much happier and lighter. This book has the same message of Oneness, Love, Hope and Intention.
