Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max, 128GB, Deep Purple - Unlocked (Renewed)

I’m honestly very impressed with this phone—it completely exceeded my expectations. From the moment I opened the package, it looked and felt just like a brand new iPhone 14 Pro Max. The condition was outstanding, with no noticeable scratches, dents, or signs of wear. The screen is crystal clear, the battery life has been excellent so far, and performance is smooth and fast with no issues at all. Everything works perfectly, including the camera, Face ID, and all the features I use daily. It truly feels like I purchased a brand-new device at a much better value. The seller did a fantastic job with packaging and delivery as well—the phone arrived safely and exactly as described. I would definitely recommend this seller to anyone looking for a high-quality phone at a great price. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from them again.

Excellent phone at a very reasonable price. I decided to get away from Verizon’s forever payment plan and as such I started shopping around for a new phone. I like the size of the iPhone Pro Max because I have fairly large hands and fat fingers. Because I always bought my phones through Verizon which I’ve come to realize is a major ripoff. At Verizon, you trade in your old phone which they refurbish and sell again. Then in monthly payments you the full price or more for your new phone. New iPhones from Apple.com begin at $1100. Refurbished iPhone 15 Pro Max 512 GB are $1000 and come with a new battery and screen. This iPhone 14 Pro Max arrived in two days. It cost $485 which is $200 less than the Apple Store was charging for the iPhone 14 Pro Max when it was available (no longer available). It arrived with what appears to be a new screen and 88% Battery Life. Even if I need to change the battery in a year or two at Best Buy, I still come out $100 ahead.

This phone honestly is great. The phone came within 3 days from my purchase (I have prime). The condition of the phone was very good. The phone is refurbished excellent & I believe they did a decent job! Everything works, camera, speakers, microphones, Face ID and the screen. It came with a charger cord (no head) and it was nicely and neatly packaged. The battery percentage I received was 86.. ehh not terrible but granted I do wish it was around 90, I honestly haven’t had any real issues with charging or the battery life since I’ve received it. Works for a couple hours max before having to charge it. The phone did come with a couple scratches but they were VERY minor and not noticeable at all unless you are inspecting the phone up close, so I do not mind. There is a bit of lagging here and there while I use the phone but it’s not terribly slow to the point where the phone is unresponsive. I’m super observant and I’m on my phone 24/7 so I can tell the screen does a little bit of flickering but I believe that’s bc is a refurbished phone??? Idk again maybe my eyes are deceiving me, I’m not too picky because the phone does meet my needs and the customer service was great and the phone overall came in great condition as well. And after a while I forget about it and literally don’t notice it at all, so I’m okay. Back to customer service I reached out a few days before I received the phone and the seller answered the questions I had. They were a little vague but my questions were answered. I have a pretty long time to make a final decision and return the phone if that’s what the future entails. But to be completely honest I am satisfied with my purchase. And I’d give it a 8.5/10! I’ll update in a couple weeks for my final thoughts.

bought an iPhone 14 Pro Max listed in excellent condition, and overall the purchase was somewhat good. The phone works well and performs as expected. However, the battery health is at 80%, which was a bit disappointing since I expected it to be higher for something labeled as excellent. There are also a few scratches on the screen, but they are not very noticeable during normal use, so they don’t really affect the experience. Overall, the phone functions great and I’m satisfied with the performance, but the battery health and minor scratches make it slightly less than what I expected from an “excellent condition” listing.

amazing condition and for a heck of a good price, no scratches or anything. came with a screen protector already on it which i love the thought. i was worried because i bought a different phone off of ebay and it was giving me problems like inverting color, the screen going gray, and getting really hot when doing regular phone activities so i was pretty happy when no problems occurred trying to transfer everything!! love the gold color its very sleek

I am a PC and Android guy and don't particularly care for Apple products...until now. My wife on the other hand has an Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max and likes Apple products. This is my first Apple smartphone. This review is about the condition of the Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max that I purchased from this seller. I will not say much about the smartphone itself as there are many other reviews on it. The seller advertised the item as renewed and in excellent condition. I received the smartphone in 4 days which was a nice surprise because the original estimated delivery date was 7-10 days. The iPhone package came in a plain white box (not the original Apple box) and included a generic lightning to USB-A charging cable. Nothing else is included. FYI, Apple did not include a charger with the iPhone 14 Pro Max. Out of the box, I inspected the item very carefully and up close. It looked just like brand new. Looking from closer than 12 inches, there were no scratches, dents, or nicks anywhere. I did find two very small paint chips on one corner edge of the outer steel frame. One paint chip was about 1/16 inch in size and the other was even smaller than that. From 12 inches away, the paint chips are barely noticeable but I can see them. A cell phone case will cover them up anyway so it's not an issue for me. I fully charged up the iPhone and turned it on. It booted up right away and I went through the setup process and connected it to my wi-fi router. I called my service provider, T-Mobile, and provided the necessary information to transfer the service to my new phone. I had a slight hitch where I could not make phone calls. I found out that I had to click setup in the cellular setting. Once I did that, I was connected to my service provider. Phone calls then went through without a problem. Also, I was able to pair my generic earplugs via Bluetooth very easily and quick. The renewed iPhone shows the battery health maximum capacity to be at 92% relative to when it was new. That is very good. Daily, I have used many apps, checked emails, made phone calls/texting, taken photos/videos, etc., and found minimal battery drainage. I can probably go a few days without recharging. The Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max is bigger and heavier than my previous Samsung Galaxy S9 smartphone so that is something you may consider if size and weight are an issue. All in all, I love the Apple iPhone Pro Max and I can say this is a good and honest seller.

I can’t believe this phone honestly! I bought it in “good” condition from MobiWise. I thought it would be a lot more damaged than what it was. Basically there’s just spots on the edges of the phone from normal wear and tear but that’s it. The front screen is super smooth and the back has no issues whatsoever so ever. The camera quality is fantastic too. My phone runs smooth and haven’t had any issues as of right now. The only thing that bums me out a tad is battery is at 83%, but they have it listed that every phone comes 80% or higher so can’t really dock them for that. My battery has lasted most of the day without having to charge it, but may need to replace it in a few years. It was true to the listing and was unlocked so I was able to use it with my Visible service right away. Very happy with my purchase and will update after having for awhile! Deep purple on this phone is stunning btw.

The phone arrived later than expected but I think that was more FedEx's problem than the seller. It was packaged okay and it was the only thing in the box, it did not come with a charger. Kinda bummed about that but it's fine, I have chargers at home. Once I got the phone turned on, everything was fine until I noticed that it did not have a sim card tray. I was unaware that the 14 Pro Max didn't use a sim card so that was my fault. I debated returning the phone for a lower model with a sim card option but I changed my mind and I got everything transferred over to eSim through my carrier. After that absolute headache, everything seemed to be working fine and then my screen started to randomly black out. If the sun hits my screen or I answer a call the screen immediately turns off (without my head near the sensor and on speakerphone). I did some troubleshooting and of course there's nothing online other than to update it or it must be a hardware issue. My luck would seem that's a hardware issue. As of right now, I've had this phone for close to a month and it blacks out every day. It's extremely frustrating because I don't/can't fork out $700 for another phone. As for the phone itself, it was fine visually, no major scratches. The battery life states "100%" and it charges as it should. The black tones in the phone are off meaning they're more for a gray and not completely black, like in the notes app on dark mode. I can't say that I'll buy another phone on Amazon. I'll probably do what I should've done in the first place and buy an iphone directly from Apple.
