Discomfort and loose
Too discomfort and it's big for my foot, after applying can see deep marks on skin due to brace stuchings. It's not good for 2nd grade ligament tear, it may useful just minor tear or airline fracture. If foot width is too small, don't go for it because ankle whole is big, so it hursts.
