Hammer the old ones out, that's the trick.
They seem to be decent quality first impression. If they look brass to you, they are not, they look galvanized finish. One of the three electrodes not firing strong so had to bend a few things around. I put these in my Kenmore 14116323 grill and they fit like OEM. Can't say longevity, maybe I'll update the review in 6 months.Nothing against this part but hopefully this helps someone. As for my grill, man, that was a pain in the behind to get the old ones out. I actually couldn't and in frustration, I literally pounded them and they started to move so I just kept hammering and hammered them out. Use a bigger washer if you end up creating a bigger hole.

Decent quality, good value, one was out of alignment
I haven't used them yet, but I installed 4 of these on my grill yesterday. They seem like they will be a good replacement.Of the four I ordered, one was not properly aligned - it was almost too much out of alignment to be installed. The threaded piece is supposed to be perpendicular to the main body, and it wasn't.Overall, though, happy with the purchase. I'll update again if for some reason they don't work! :)

Quality replacement parts
Picked these up for a Kenmore grill I have had for 15 years. parts just degrade over time but the grill body and manifold are in excellent shape. I can't replace the quality without spending $750 or better. Sears parts for what I replaced (gas tubes, heat shields and electrode housings) would have come in around $300 - but for $80 I've been able to restore the performance for at least another 5-10 years with continued maintenance. would highly recommend!

Fit perfectly
This was the correct replacement for my Kenmore 141.16323.1 (which is the same part for the 141.16321.1 and 141.16325.1 grill).Hint: For this specific grill you can access the backside of the electrodes (also known as 'collector boxes') from an access location within the tank storage area. No need to disassemble any of the grill (other than removing the grates and heat plates).

Parts fit perfectly, we’re in great working order, good price. Bought additional internal parts for my grill so it’s like new.

Perfect fit. Like OEM!
The only downside to this part is that getting the old one's off can be very difficult if your grill has a lot of "steaks" on it. My grill was probably 10 or more years old and the nuts had practically disintegrated. Be prepared for a long repair.Of course, this has nothing to do with this product. It was a perfect fit and helped me get my grill into "Craig's List" shape in time for grilling season.
