Honestly helped
I never leave reviews, but this has been too helpful to not. This product has truly helped relieve some neck tension that I could not get rid of with endless chiropractor visits, massage therapists, and physical therapists. I don’t have any problem with this device being uncomfortable. I’ve been using twice daily and I truly feel a difference each time I use it.

Works great on my aching neck
I love the auto setting on this great device. It applies heat, electro stim and mechanical stretch via the inflating and deflating platform. After 15 minutes only I can honestly say I felt much freer and less stiffness in my neck and shoulders.

If I could give it a million stars, I would! This is absolutely incredible machine that is currently saving me from a hugest neck pain flare up, that has lasted for weeks. Thank you for this amazing product, I now couldn't imagine living without it.

Solid pain relief for neck and upper back
Most importantly, this device helps alleviate the pain in my neck and upper back (way upper back). It's reasonably comfortable considering what the device is intended to do. The buttons on the remote are a little confusing and don't completely match up with the onscreen display. This isn't a big deal though and you figure it out after one or two uses. My only real complaint is that I'm not always sure I'm positioned correctly on it. I just adjust my position based on feel, and maybe that's all I need to do. Overall I am very satisfied with the product. I have significant compression of my upper vertebrate and this machine helps quite a bit. The heat and massage/electric stimulation is a nice extra. Any issues I have are minor and don't take away from the fact that I get relief.

Stretches neck. Relaxing!
I don’t use it often enough but when I do, I wonder why. It’s a great product.

Wished it was more comfortable
The concept…terrific. It does what it says it will do. BUT, the plastic form is so uncomfortable, that my PT says I should return it. It’s too bad they couldn’t add pads to it.
