It works great for me, I have been taking it for a while. I feel like a normal person almost. You should work up to it gradually. I started with what the directions say and worked up to where it works for me. I would take 4 pills a day. Two in the morning and two before bed.

Very good product I have virtually no joint pain at all anymore and I used to wake up every morning in pain it takes you know a few days for it to get in your system to work so give it time don't give up

Suggested by my nutritionist. After week of use, I noticed considerably less join pain in my toes, which is why tried it. I stopped once the pain reduced, but resumed once I realized that I needed to follow the maintenance regimen. I can feel the difference.

Didn’t do anything for me

This is one of the most effective supplement I have ever tried, and I have tried a great deal over the years. I can really feel the difference when I stop taking them. It takes a while before you start feeling the difference, but stay with it. It's well worth it . You'll be glad you did. I know it's on the expensive side, but I have been willing to go without other things in order to afford to buy it every month, and through Amazon's Subscribe and Save, I get it cheaper. Often times, I've found coupons that help with the cost. Even if I have to pay full price, it's still worth it to me.

when I got my bottle I opened it to see the pills. Then I read the directions and it says if I am on blood thinners I can't take this. they don't say anything about this in the advertisment. I was shocked andspent money on something that can harm me. I'm 86 years old and can't waste the little I get from social security. I don't know what to do now because I have pains I thought this would help. they should let people know what could happen before they spend the little money I get before I order.

Taken regularly on an empty stomach relieves my pain and inflammation. Forgot mine during vacation so had to order one from Amazon. I couldn't live without it!

I received my order of Heal-n-Soothe yesterday, and decided to begin taking the product immediately as I have been experiencing acute joint pains for a while now. The intensity of the pain only worsened over time making daily chores, doing regular Yoga and my general physical activities a very frustrating experience. Not fun to say the least, this affected my overall disposition and mood. Yesterday, a couple hours after taking this product I began smiling to myself, feeling light again and energized. I was so elated and kept trusting the process; mentioned nothing to my family as I was terrified that I may jinx the feeling of very tolerable discomfort. The discomfort was still apparent, don't get me wrong, but minimum. This morning I woke excited to further experiment with my new found solution, with similar positive results.
