Great set of organizers that fits perfectly in my 2022 Rav4 XLE. Comes with 3 pieces that fit; inside armrest, center console, top of dash/behind stereo screen. Each piece is firm plastic and comes with removable rubber liners (great if you need to wash them). I like that the liners have a pattern that matches the one originally in the car. Except for the dash piece that has a mini grid pattern. The dash and console ones come with pre-applied sticky mounting strips. Fit and function of each: Top of dash/behind stereo screen: fits well but need to use the mounting strip as it will move when driving larger compartment will not fit iPhone Pro Max, maybe smaller phones; not sure what I'll put here in warmer weather since it's not protected from the sun Center console: fits perfectly - slides in and rests on curvatures of the bottom of the console area did not need to use the mounting strips and does not jiggle around while driving does not hinder lighter/USB A ports iPhone 14 Pro Max sticks out from the top shelf but doesn't slide around because of rubber liner Armrest compartment: fits perfectly, doesn't jiggle around inside compartment easy to lift out/put in cutout allows access to charging ports but have to unplug the cable to remove the organizer leaves plenty of room underneath for bulky items, I store a thick microfiber shop towel here recommend 100%, keeps car organized and prevents armrest from becoming a black hole for small items

Perfect fit

Two of the items are a must have. They add extra storage toyota too away. The tray that fits down inside the arm rest allows me to organize my coins, pens, bottle opener, lotion and other small items on top while I keep a small note book, coin purse, stamps and slightly larger items at the bottom. Nothing rolls around and I can see and reach for what I need. The other tray fits under the console. I keep my charger and phone there. Again, easy to see and reach. The third try fits on the dashboard and attaches to the screen. I haven't found a need to that one cause I wouldn't leave anything out in the open like that. For instance, I might use it for sunglasses but there's already a compartment for those. Otherwise, the first two items I mentioned are show stoppers. I forgot to mention, each tray comes with a rubber liner so nothing rolls around. 4 thumbs up
