Most people would use this to give their space a pleasant smell. However, I wanted to mask a temporary strong odor.My cat prefers to do her business outside, but I have a litter box inside that she uses occasionally. The walnut shell litter right out of the bag has a strong smell that I'm not particularly fond of and I wanted a gentle natural fragrance that would mask the odor, but not repel the cat. I only use two sticks so it is not overwhelming. Perfect solution.

I rarely read reviews… He has the time, but I felt compelled to write a review about this product because I bought five of them to place throughout my house. These products do not work. They are supposed to omit a pleasant smell that you can detect at certain points of your home or area that you place them. I do not smell this product and they have been in my home for a week. Do not buy this product… It is a complete waste of money.
