NPG Freeze Dried Red Raspberry Juice Powder 7 Oz, Seedless Fine Superfood Powder for Flavoring, Coloring, Baking, Smoothies, Purees, and Acai Bowls, All Natural

We add this to our smoothies. We have a lot of very healthy items in our smoothies and the freeze dried red raspberry juice powder improves the taste tremendously. One tablespoon for two large smoothies works perfectly.

The minute I received my red raspberry powder, I used it to make a decaf raspberry mocha. It was fabulous! For anyone interested in trying my concoction, here's what I did: In the bottom of a large mug (mine's 20 oz), I scooped * 2 tbsp of Real Mushroom 5-defender mushroom and cacao powder Hot Cocoa Mix (can get it on Amazon) * 1 tbsp of Vital Proteins Vanilla Collagen powder (can get it on Amazon) * 1 tsp NPG freeze dried raspberry powder I brewed 1 decaf K-cup of Gevalia, though the Donut Shop decaf is good, too (can get both on Amazon). Using my hand-held frother (also from Amazon), I mixed everything until all the powders melted into the coffee. At the end, I stirred in 1/2 cup of Thai Lite Coconut Milk (can get from Amazon). The resulting drink was very smooth, creamy, slightly sweet, and utterly delicious! I went light on the raspberry powder since it was the first time I used it--in the future I might try additional, in 1/2 tsp increments until I find my perfect amount of raspberry taste. Tomorrow, I'm going to try the NPG red raspberry powder in my frozen decaf mocha protein pops recipe!

I ordered this to make raspberry frosting for my cakes. I normally use raspberry jam, but it makes the frosting a little on the runny side. I added this powder instead for a stiffer consistency. It’s easy to mix in. It has a great color. Its flavor is nearly true to raspberry Jam but there’s a little bit of a candy like flavor It didn’t flavor my frosting as much as I wanted so I ended up adding raspberry jam anyways. Overall I like the product I’ll use it again.

Cheaper than the similar freeze dried raspberry powder product that I usually buy and I should have spent the extra money. Way less flavorful. I used quite a lot in a whipped cream and could barely detect it. The color is less vibrant as well. Wouldn't buy again.

Great powder for baking, smells divine and works great in Swiss meringue buttercream! Also tastes delicious. This compared to other brands seems to have more bang for your buck.

I was hopeful that this would taste like raspberry, it unfortunately it doesn’t. The taste is absolutely atrocious.

Worth it! Used for flavor and color baked in cakes, cold smoothies, frozen drinks, beverages and sprinkled over frosting and whipped cream. This is an extremely versatile product with an excellent shelf life. Much better option to relying solely on syrups and jams.
