Nature's Answer Gotu-Kola Herb Vegetarian Capsules, 90-Count

I can not drink much for coffee or take much for Energy pills because I get the shakes and they drop my blood sugar. I was getting a Reiki Treatment done and the Reiki Master suggested I try Gotu Kola. I did research about it (found out it is a natural plant used for MANY things, especially in Thialand, with VERY FEW SIDE EFFECTS). After being told again by the Reiki Master that my body needed Gotu Kola, I bought some from a local Organic Store. I am VERY glad I did!!! Some brands are not very good at all (you can't even feel a smidge of an energy boost from some brands) BUT THIS BRAND WORKS EXTREMELY WELL AND IT IS AFFORDABLE!!! I have now been using Gotu Kola for over 4 years now. When I 1st started using it I needed 4 capsules in the morning AND at noon. I also have insomnia, sleeping aprox 3-4h/night BUT WITH THIS EXACT BOTTLE I only take 1-2 capsules in the morning and I have energy for the whole day!!! Occasionally, when the lack of sleep starts catching up with me, I will take 1-2 more capsules around 10-11am. I DID stop taking Goth Kola for a few months to verify my insomnia WAS NOT BECAUSE OF L GOTU KOLA but from stress and my ADD issue of having a wired mind (SleepFix, also very affordable on Amazon, is ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL for Sleep Problems as it calms your mind with no side effects and feeling VERY refreshed when you awake). I have tried MANY Kotu Lola brands and at this time this is the best!!!!! I share it with Coworkers and Friends REGULARLY!!!!

I don't deny the benefits of gotu kola for those under a lot of stress, and this product is a quality supplement in that capacity. I would not, however, market this as an "energizing" herb - a quality sleep aid, perhaps... I can't help wondering if the manufacturers have this confused with guarana??

I am currently taking or injeeting this product. I am still evaluating the results. I have taken this product under a different brand name years ago. So far. This product has not shown any adverse effect. The smoney value is a bit much for my budget or pocket.

This Gotu kola is surprisingly strong, took 3 capsules the first day and realized that it has stimulatory effects when 1am rolled around and I wasn't tired at all.. I also woke up well rested with only a few hours of sleep. I took 1 capsule of Gotu Kola, 1 500mg capsule of Lion's mane, 120mg Ginkgo, 400mg of Ginseng, and 10,000ui Vitamin D3 and I feeling wonderful. Spent about 40 minutes in front of my bright therapy light feeling absolutely charged with energy this morning.

I take for the benefits and I feel good.

Everyone in my household is taking these capsules. We have no adverse effects at the moment, I hope they are of benefit to our health. Easy to swallow.
