The best on the market. I can put some on my lower back (with a little help) and play 6-7 hours of tennis over 4 or 5 days and it doesn't come off. And yes, I do bath and shower! This stuff is excellent. If you are putting it on hairy areas you may need to shave. I even used it for an inner thigh strain and it stayed on during my match.

Tried a few other tapes before but tjis one is the best ..it stays on ur skin up to 2 weeks and I can assure you I took showers all this time 😁 ...veryy happy with it

Performs extremely well as you would expect from the NO.1 brand. Cannot fault the product but the price is high and other products offer almost as good adhesion for very much less. Hence 4 stars not 5.....

These turn up at the edges and do not even last a day. Not the same standard as the tape that you can cut yourself. Very disappointing.

There are other tapes on the market but this one is the best I've used. I have damaged my achillies tendon and this tape adheres to my leg easily and stays put for a week. It makes a real difference.

Brilliant for my purposes as I suffer with muscular problem. Wouldn't be without it now. It helps so much, would recommend to a person who feels pain with their muscles

I had such high hopes for this tape as I have planter fasciitis but found it only to last 2 days max before I need to reapply as it kept unsticking even though I followed all youtube instructions. After shower the strip along bottom of my foot came straight off after only putting it on this morning!

I’m so confused did I get a dud?? I’ve been using the KT pro for my wrist tendinitis, but everyone was raving about rocktape so I decided to try it. My arm was shaved and properly cleaned before applying (which I did so the evening before activity), and the next day it started peeling? Later that day I was able to take the tape off easily without any soaking in any water or oil (and regular KT tape users know the pain of trying to rip off tape). Tried it again and same thing.

Adheres to skin the best. Stays on after contact with water. Don’t waste time or money trying other brands. This is worth the price.

I have arthritis in both knees, and besides being painful, the deterioration of the joints has led to instability and balance issues. I have tried two other popular brands of kinesiology tape, and have been extremely disappointed. Despite using prep spray, I found both brands totally ineffective because they began to peel off after just a couple of hours. One brand did not even last long enough for me to pull on a pair of slacks -- the tape came off onto the pant fabric within minutes after I put the tape on my knees. I tried foregoing any sort of lotion on my legs, despite having dry skin, and even tried swabbing the area with rubbing alcohol before applying the tape. At best I could get 2 to 3 hours before the tape began to peel off. I decided I would try one more brand, because while the tape lasts, it provides much-needed support to my weakened knee joints. RockTape lasted a full 24 hours! I did not try to shower with it on, but instead I applied it (along with prep spray) to my dry skin after I showered. It lasted through two clothing changes and overnight! It had started to peel off slightly by morning, so I removed it, showered, and started again. Yesterday was one of the most productive days I've had in a long time, primarily because the tape allowed me to stand and walk a lot more than I usually can.

My PT recommended Rock Tape over the others. She felt the adhesion and pain relief were more effective. She was right. Pain relief and increased comfort are evident from the second Rock Tape is applied. Running, yoga, aerobics keep my schedule full and, for me, Rock Tape is sweat and water resistant for up to 7 days before I need to reapply. The pre-cut strips are convenient, however be mindful if you are needing to use on your trouble areas where a longer length may be better. Buy the roll so you can cut the length to your needs. Also, make sure to "circle" the ends so the ends don't catch on clothes/towel etc. Defatting the skin with rubbing alcohol also helps my taping adhere better. The box comes with great directions and pictures showing how to apply. i
