This shampoo and conditioner duo leave hair smooth and soft! The silk infusion adds shine!
This Barbie CHI shampoo and conditioner duo is great! I just used them in the shower and my hair came out soft, smooth, detangled and easier to comb and to blow-dry! I will buy these products again and highly recommend them! FYI the third product in this set was not a spray but a silk infusion gel serum which added shine to my hair.

Description inaccurate, but new fav
Love this! The smell, the softness of my hair. It doesn't come with the spray thermal protectant though, it comes with the serum. I bought the spray and use it all now!

No heat protectant
The shampoo and conditioner are great, but it didn’t come with heat protectant like it showed in the picture, instead it was the leave in stuff.

Leaves hair smelling nice
Received as a gift, and shampoo makes great suds and rinses out easily. The conditioner makes my hair manageable. The smell is pleasing. Made by a good hair company that isn’t all harsh chemicals. Everyone loves Barbie.

Does not come with iron guard
Does not come with iron guard, very disappointing as I was looking forward to using that. Instead the kit included a “silk infusion” which is an absolutely horrible product, don’t even bother with it. The packaging is cute and it’s Barbie but the smell of these products doesn’t match, there’s definitely something off-putting about it all.

Not great
Shampoo made my hair feel very dry after washing. When I applied conditioner it didn’t make it feel any softer. The silk infusion just made it feel sticky. The smell is okay but not great. Disappointed overall.

Shampoo is amazing the best ever! Silk infusion is actually the worst.
I wish they sold just the shampoo and conditioner because that’s all I really wanted. My hair looks fresh for days and smells so amazing. However the silk infusion it comes with leaves your hair so oily and sticky after even if you try to wash it out it still sticks to the hair. If you have straight hair do not use it you will look like a grease bomb
