(64gb) Compatible with New Nintendo 3DS.
While Nintendo officially states 32gb is the maximum capacity, this 64gb card works well with the New Nintendo 3DS. I bought the one with the adapter as I needed to insert it into my Mac Mini to format and to move the contents of my old memory card over. It can be formatted using OS X's Disk Utility application; just make sure the format is MS-DOS (FAT). Works a charm. You can do it in Windows too using the formatting application built into the OS (again, just make sure the memory card is formatted in FAT). I haven't noticed any performance issues with this card, and the New 3DS works just as well with this card as it does with the 4gb card that came with the system. If you're looking for more storage you can probably get away with a 32gb card, but if you really want to never have to worry about download and save space again then just spend a little extra and get a 64gb card.

Excellent card and quick explanation of the difference in size in a device from what is listed.
Ordered the 64 GB card and arrived with deadline and seems to be working as expected. I've run H2testw on the card I received and can confirm that it can read and write to it's full capacity. (For now). Thanks. For anyone concerned by comments stating they got less memory than what they paid for, this is what you can expect to see when you plug these cards into your PC/Phone/Tablet/Whatever: Listed Size - "Actual" Size 8GB - 7.45GB 16GB - 14.9GB 32GB - 29.8GB 64GB - 59.6GB 128GB - 119.2GB For an explanation of why, read on. Manufacturers tend to use a system of 1000's to measure capacity. So, 1000 KB = 1MB, for example. This gives my card a total space of 64,000,000,000 bytes by the manufacturers measure and Amazons listing. Windows and most other devices and operating systems however will use 1024 bytes to the kilobyte, 1024 kilobytes to the megabyte, etc. So, what does this mean for my 64GB SD card that Windows insists is less than 60GB in capacity? Well, let's see. 64,000,000,000 bytes divided by 1024 gives me 62,500,000 kilobytes. 62,500,000 kilobytes divided by 1024 gives me 61025.15625 megabytes. 61025.15625 megabytes divided by 1024 gives me, sure enough, 59.6046... gigabytes. There is no foul play here, no one is being cheated, just a slight differing in standards which leads to the discrepancy a lot of people have complained about.

Large storage, low cost
This is a large amount of memory for a good price. My only criticism is that it is quite slow to load things such as the thumbnails for your photos in your photo gallery when scrolling through them. However, you get what you pay for and this is a good quality product. I would recommend it for anyone who needs a large capacity phone with a small budget to buy it with.

Does exactly what it says on the tin
The thing about memory cards is that they only have two main things to contend with: does it store the amount that it says it does? and the most important aspect - time. Does it store it for as long as the user requires or does it only last one year? As I've only purchased this recently I can not speak to the second point however, I will vouch for it regarding the first point. I've worked with Kingston SD cards before and will give it it the benefit of doubt until a fault arises. Other minor points are in favour of the card, those being it is a fast class so reads/writes to the card pretty fast and it comes with a standard size SD card adapter. Overall, baring the test of time thing, I'm personally very happy with my purchase and feel it was excellent value for my money.

64 gb micro sd card for onda v972
Bought to see if onda v972 could expand to this size of card. It can! So far working perfectly on both onda tablet and PC. At present it's a five star rating, seen low star ratings but hopefully those were rogue cards. I've used Kingston before 8gb, 16gb and 32gb and touch wood all are still working normally. Update card still working normally after format. Do not format this in a PC unless you can see it recognising 64gb on sd card. Always,if you need to, format on tablet or phone. Or better still stick it in your tablet[Onda V972 my tablet]and only format if something goes badly wrong. Don't worry your PC will read the 64gb card but unless you know a bit about format commands on PC's leave well alone. Anyway re format in Onda V972 and now have 59gb free disk space :} This is no fault of the card but a Windows problem, Apple and Linux as far as I'm aware don't have this problem.

Bought from China. It was the genuine article but took a while to get here.
I bought my 64gb class 10 Kingston microsd from Namoamtb in China on Amazon for £30. I am always a little concerned about buying items from China in case they turn out to be knock offs or there is a problem etc. Anyway my Sumvision voyager does not claim to support 64 gig cards and this is what I wanted it for. So I was not keen to spend lots on a 64 gig card. I had heard that you can format 64 gig cards to fat 32 using a windows based program which allows them to be read and written to in devices that do not normally recognised more than 32 gig and that do not recognise xfat which is the type of format usually applied to cards more than 32 gig in size. The package took about four weeks from China. The seller was quick to pacify my nerves when I got jittery at three weeks. It was factory sealed and both the packaging and card looked genuine with the correct logos on all the items ( I understand some have Kingston printed on the adaptor and the micro-sd is unprinted which means it is fake). Not in this case. The card was the full 64 gig capacity when tested. I reformatted it using guiformat a tiny free sd formatter. Hey presto my tablet now recognises 64 gig of space and I have been using this Kingston 64 gb micro sd card for the last two months with no problems.

I have the HTC EVO 3D which is a fantastic Android phone. When 64GB cards became a bit more affordable, I got the SanDisk version since they are a brand I know well and I had read postings online that the EVO 3D would work with 64GB cards, even though the specs say 32GB max. I had no problem with the card until my storage went over 32GB. Then the card kept unmounting itself, not allowing me to install apps on it, etc. After some digging online I found that SanDisk made the new ex-FAT file format mandatory for their card, and most mobile devices don't work well with the new format. I tried several 3rd party card formatting apps but they all failed to break the format stranglehold SanDisk put on its card. But Kingston's card can be formatted to FAT32 using Windows, and it works fine. More that 32GB of stuff on it, and working like a charm. In FAT32 format the max file size is 4GB, so some HD movies may be too big, and supposedly the format makes the card a bit slower, but I don't notice any problems with HD video playback from this card after reformatting it to FAT32. Also, the FAT32 format steals 4GB of space from the card, but that still leaves 60GB which is plenty. I'm sorry to have an expensive SanDisk memory card sitting around without any current use for it, but glad I can still use my EVO 3D with plenty of storage. Thanks Kingston for staying flexible!

I purchased this SD card as an external memory for my Lenovo tablet. It was delivered in 48 hours and it is working out the box after formatting (requested by the tablet). I have no idea why other people are writing low speed for this card, but according to the A1 SD Bench, Reading =18 and Writing=10.8, which agrees with the product specifications. This is my second Kingston SD card, first one being class 6 and works still great after 2 years. I would definitely recommend this product.
