This product contained all the listed tools, but the little brush was missing it's bristles! That's too small a item for me to return this product as every other tool is fine. Still, someone didn't notice that before it was sent to me? That's just carelessness. Also, the case is nice, but slightly difficult to open.

This product works so much better to clean out your ear canal, than Q-tips. It doesn't push ear wax deeper in your ear. I'm very pleased with it.

It definitely does what it says. Better than a cotton swab. I also wanted it to scratch in my inner ear.

There was no little black pouch to keep all these little tools in. Tools are fine but really that missing is a pain. I will have to find something rather than return it. I hope they were not pre owned?
