I was sceptical, but journaling has now become part of my routine, thanks to Vibe journal
I'm a guy who for years frowned at "mental wellness" growing up with phrases like "man up" and "get on with it". After a tricky divorce, a subsequent job loss and at an all time low, I eventually turned to therapy. I went for months (can't recommend it enough) but now, 18-months later I regulate myself by journaling. I started with Vibe journal, and I was sceptical, but it eventually became part of my routine. I never finished my journal, it was that good... It really helped me to reflect when I wasn't putting pen to paper about what I'd be writing tomorrow. I keep it on the edge of my desk and go back to it whenever life gets on-top of me and I need to rebalance myself. I cannot recommend Vibe journal enough. There's lots of prompts to help you. Start small, there are no rules, write as little or as much as you like. Remember, it's your journal. The quality is fantastic, and well worth the money. The paper is thick, the book has a great feel to it and is faux leather bound. The paper is also thick and great quality, and the whole thing comes in a neat box for storage.

I got this for my boyfriend, hes never journalled before but wanted to start, he absolutely loves this and how much information is in there, he said its super helpful and easy to read and understand. Also it comes beautifully presented i couldnt wait to give it to him! Excellent quality and excellent value for money. Seriously if you’re thinking about buying a journal then id highly recommend this!

Really very happy with this. I'm on day 4 now and am sleeping better and feel calmer and more patient. It's a bit like a course so I think once I finish I will continue to journal either in a blank note book or another similar template. It also looks and feels really nice and elegant. I'll keep my filled out journal to look back on once I've finished. I would highly recommend for anyone who feels they are lacking in patience or feeling uneasy in their life. Or to be honest just to keep a positive outlook on life. I find this book gives just enough for you to come up with your own ideas. In comparison to other websites and journals I look at, this seems to be the best value. Certainly within my range of affordability for a book.
