This is a nice little set of make up. It can be used as a starter set for a new person to make up, a nice little travel kit or for people that use make up but not every day. This is why I wanted this set. I used to wear make up every day since I was a teenager. When I moved to Florida from New Hampshire I found it difficult to wear make up due to the humitity. I have naturally oily skin and make up with the humitity caused issues with my skin. I work from home and I stopped using make up between working from home and the previous issue. I recently moved to Northern Florida and it is still Florida, but seems to have less days where make up runs off your face. I had to throw away my make up that was hardly touched because it went bad. I decided to see if I could find some that were either trial size or compact because I do not use it everyday. After looking at several different kits, I found this one. The price was good and there are a lot of items in the kit. I could see myself using the lighter foundation during the winter months where it gets cold where I am and the litlte darker foundation during summer months when you get tan in Florida whether you want to or not... or I can mix a little together to get the in-between color. I am not one that wears eyeshadow, but I might since the colors are really cute. The brushes are travel size that come with this kit, so I will use my older full size brushes that I keep clean. But I do recommend this kit. The box is so compact that if you travel it would be perfect and easy to pack. If you lose it you are not out a ton of money that you would initially be if you brought your full size products. You could even pack the travel make up brushes in your purse along with some of the compacts to freshen your look at work or out on the town and not worry about messing up your larger compacts or expensive make up. Make up can be expensive. I do like that it comes with a primer. I used to use a primer, in the past so it was nice I did not have to purchase one separetely. I look forward to trying out each and every product in the kit. The colors are perfect. They have a range that will give you a nice day and night look. This kind of kit is nice if you want to try new colors but do not want to commit to anything. Buy the kit, buy the kit!

This is a good starter kit for a teen but the foundation is light. The verity of products and colors is nice for learning.

I got this for my neice, who is getting to the age of not wanting" play makeup" anymore . She seemed very happy with this set, even got to test it out on her little brother on Christmas Day! 😂 It honestly seemed like pretty decent make up, at 40... I may get myself one. I don't wear a lot of makeup, but it seems to have about everything you need!
