I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this Product! I continue to be, extremely, happy with the Nature Bell over other brands for my health issue fatigue. For whatever reasons, It works, extremely, better for my health issue fatigue.

These give me a feeling pretty similar to caffeine. Since I'm already a caffeine addict, I'm not sure if that's a good thing or not. After trying them for a week, I haven't noted any negative side effects. I'm not sure if there's any measurable positive either.

I've been taking this for about two weeks now and I really like it. I've heard quite a bit about it (I think Andrew Hubermann was the last one talking about its effects on Testosterone) and decided to give it a try, but I was fairly skeptical. With almost every herbal product I've tried that gets a lot of buzz, very few remotely live up to the hype. I'm in my late 40s and after a test, saw that my testosterone had dropped significantly. Your endocrine system is a complex subject so I'm not going to even pretend that my experience is definitive. But I can say, when I started taking Testosterone replacement 2 years ago, I could immediately tell something had changed. I wasn't tired all the time, I wasn't sluggish all the time, I slept better and just felt more vibrant. After 2 years of 0 libido, things started to come back to life. I get my testosterone checked every 3 months. After the first test, my levels got close to normal but on the low side. After that initial stabilization, it's stayed in a pretty tight range (+-50ngl) for almost two years now. I've been taking this for just a few weeks and i saw it increased 80ngl. Now, I can't say for sure that this is what caused it specifically, there are a lot of factors but almost immediately I started to feel more energetic. There's a certain phenomenon known to happen to men in the morning that became a lot more pronounced after the third day. I've had a good bit more endurance in my judo classes and while I still have highs and lows throughout the day, my overall energy level is up. Dose wise, I tried taking one in the morning and one in the afternoon. I opted to just take two in the morning but honestly, I can't say there's a clear difference one way or the other. In the end, does it work? In my case, it really seems like it did. It's certainly possible other external factors happened that can account for that fluctuation, it could potentially be placebo effect, but I really don't think that's the case. The physiological differences in the morning, waking up more energized, high energy throughout the day especially mid-afternoon - it's a remarkable coincidence if it is something else. And yes, I'm about 1/2 way done with the first bottle and already ordered my next shipment. All in all I'm surprised b/c as I said, I've not had much luck with supplements, let alone ones bought on mainstream sites but these really seem to be doing the trick.
