Good, tough, reliable.
I use this to store all of my 3D printing files on. I store it in the laptop case and haven't been too careful with it and it's lived up the rugged behaviour. Not the fastest being a 5500 mechanical, but if you're after a big, reasonably priced, rugged external to keep all your files on hand without needing an internet connection, this will do the job.

This is a solid product lasting the test of time as I’ve been using it for some time .
This product works fast and keeps on working at a good speed for me, It stays cool and uses the new c type connection used in my laptops and was a good fit in my setup, It has a rubber cover on it and it’s good that I know of it falls by mistake it will be undamaged.

Great external storage
Great external storage which is super easy to use as I simple plug it in my laptop. I don’t carry it with me but if I did, I wouldn’t worry about dropping and it getting damaged as protective case seems to be quite good.

Excellent product
Ideal for use as a portable backup disk. It’s not the fastest if writing data directly to disk, but one wouldn’t expect enormous speed of this spec and price and for backup it’s more than good enough. The robust cover is great for travel - especially to counties where hard disks are not allowed in hand luggage; it has a good chance of surviving the hold. 5 stars for support, because, although I haven’t needed any on this particular disc, La Cie support has proven excellent when needed in the past.

Not good
Purchased just over 2 months ago and despite attempting to resolve the disk has a number of issues: the disk drive constantly disconnects whilst in use making it practically useless; downloads fail with lack of disk space given as the reason despite 4.1TB of disk space free; the connection is loose again causing repeated disconnections.

HDD da 5 TB è davvero ottimo, più che sufficiente per archiviare ricordi e foto. Il design è pulito, funziona molto bene e non è ingombrante. Ha alcune funzioni interessanti, e nel complesso dà un’ottima impressione di qualità. Da principiante ho sempre un po’ di timore che possa rompersi e far perdere i dati, ma per ora si è dimostrato affidabile. In futuro, quando sarà da sostituire, penso che ricomprerò la stessa marca.
