Product Description A decadent dark chocolate fruit pudding combining select fruits with premium dark tropical rum, dark chocolate and fine cocoa. Ingredients Raisins and Sultanas (34%), Dark Chocolate(17%)[sugar,cocoa mass,cocoa butter, butter oil, emulsifiers(soya lecithin, 476), flavour], brown sugar,fresh Free range Eggs, butter(cream, water, salt),fresh Breadcrumbs[wheat flour, yeast,water, iodised salt,soy flour, emulsifiers(471,481),vinegar, vitamin(thiamin), folate],wheat flour, Premium Australian Dark Rum(4%),cocoa,natural Vanilla essence, baking soda and spices. Directions This pudding has been fully cooked and is ready to serve or be reheated in one of the following ways:BOILING: Remove Card and ribbon, leave the cloth in place, retie pudding firmly at each end with string,submerge into a saucepan of boiling water and cook until reheated (approx. 30 minutes).Do Not boil dry. OR, MICROWAVING(based on 750 Watt): Remove card, ribbon, cloth and foil wrapping. Pierce the film and cook on full power for 2 minutes per 500gm. We didn't like this pudding at all. Far too heavy with an overpowering chocolate taste.Could not get any flavour of rum or raisin.

Thought at Christmas I would try something a little different --very glad i did!!This was lovely!!Even passed the 'mother-in-law' test--and we all know how tricky that can be ,at times!!!!!!In fact,she ended up asking me to purchase some more for her---PRAISE INDEED!!!!!The pudding was really tasty,moorish and well received by everyone.Great buy---and ,of course, not just for Christmas--so dont worry dear 'Mum-in-law',I am looking for more.!!!!

How do you market a brown log? With ribbon!
Edible is about the best thing you can say about it. Got one last Christmas for a change and has been a standing family joke ever since. The Christmas we had a P?? for pudding. Visually unappealing (it's a dark brown log for crying out loud), dense and managed to make natural flavours taste artificial. Only buy it if you need a good laugh that will get everyone giggling for years to come. There is a reason for not showing you the actual item just the packaging.
