Great product that gives great results!

Reallly pretty fantastic. Quick and powerful heating, cordless is amazing. Charging station is a bit quirky with magnetic attachment…once placed it works, likely should have been a fixed attachment at the base. That being said, beard is nicely groomed, a nice addition to my beard arsenal

I would love to say this is a good or great product but I can't. I can't say I used it much besides the first day when I got the product a month ago. Not that I don't want to use it, but because I can't. The power charging of the device is stupid and useless. I have tried to charge it via the charging station and plugged directly into the device. It just doesn't charge. The magnets that should align the power to the station should be stronger. The lightest bump and the lights around the base of the station goes out. Then I have to try to realign the power cable again. Even when the light stays on and the device is in the station correctly. Which I'm assuming is correctly because there is no light on the device saying charging. The charge last less then 10 seconds before it powers down and shows no power amber sign when I try to power it. I get the same results when plugging the Carbon X directly. At least with the station I see the lights around the base goes on. With directly plugged in all I know that it is getting a "charge" is it last the 10 seconds. Is a standard USB C connector to hard to use. This feels like a stupid game Apple likes to play until the EU court system shut it down. Here this special connector on this cool looking device. Oh you broke or lose the cable, you have to buy a replacement from us. Another issue, but far less the picking of the color scheme. This my be my older eyes, 50+, but who pick dark blue on a black background. IMHO, this is a bad choice. The blue should be replaced with something that contrast greater with the black. The manual I had the same issue with the color scheme plus the small print. I needed to use a magnifying glass with a good light source to read the print. Forget reading the fine print if it is this hard to read the "normal" print. Ok I understand on trying to be green and save money on the smaller print. If you really want to save money just put a Qr code to a readable website. I do like the over all design of the device. But without power it is a pretty paper weight.

Gets the job done. Heats pretty fast and the comb attachment was a nice touch. Only issue I had was the charger block didn't work so I had to buy one and for the price that was pretty crappy but it is a good beard straightener. It also looks good on the counter top no excess wire like with a corded straightener just a few minutes every morning and beard looks good.

The beard straighter is great. May be one of the best I've used. The biggest fault to it is the charging base and cable. It's very inconsistent and easily comes undone. A slight bump or any dirt on the magnetic charging port will disrupt the charging.

Didn’t get hot enough as stated. For the price the quality wasn’t there. Had to return. Appearance was cool looking the the use a performance was lacking.

This is by far one of my favorite products in my daily routine, having the convenience of the stand to always keep it on my countertop makes its daily use extremely easy. Not only is the product exactly what I've been looking for, their customer service has been excellent. I originally received the product without the stand, and they corrected that situation very easily and sent me the stand independently. I'm already looking forward to what I get from them next

Works amazing! Couldn't figure out the charging properly at first. But on the side of the brush there's a lock and unlock make sure you unlock to charge and it will charge. Very satisfied with purchase. Easy charge and long battery hold. Very quickly to warm up too.

Unfortunately, It's not working after using for 6 months only!! I thought it would at least be working until one year!! Sadly the battery is not working anymore... so disappointed!! I don't suggest to buy it

My husband has a short beard and loves using this.

It does not heat up enough. First month was okay. But quite a few passes needed after that
