Nice. The keyboard is silent — initially a bit hard, but it works like butter after a day’s use. The mouse is also great — it makes a click sound, but no issues so far. Been using both for two days.

Extremely Disappointed, Worst Product and Pathetic Customer Support Please do not buy this product under any circumstances. I had the worst experience with this HP keyboard and mouse combo. The mouse started malfunctioning just after 4 months of purchase. Every left-click registered as a double-click, making it completely unusable. To make matters worse, neither Amazon nor HP took any responsibility for the defective product, even though it was well within the warranty period. HP support asked me to contact Amazon, and Amazon support redirected me back to HP and this pointless blame game went on for three days straight. Each time, a new agent joined the chat, and I had to repeat my issue from the start again and again, with no resolution in sight. This entire experience was frustrating, time-consuming, and unacceptable from such reputed brands. If there was an option to give -10 stars, I would gladly do so. Avoid this product at all costs.

I think HP make really great hardware, my only issue with their products is they are too square. However, i had been using an HP keyboard that was like a tank, but the spaces between the keys were full of some sort of compost bin of scuzz so I went with another HP cos I was so impressed with the longevity of their stuff. It makes sense, this was in a bin as where I work its all Dell, Lenovo or HP because big staff need something that thrives on disrespect. Don't get me wrong, this is a nice keyboard, soft but receptive to my prodding fingers, like my friend Alice: she has a keyboard that cost much more, but this is better. And at this price point this keyboard is pretty amazing. And you get quality batteries so you don't have to get them out of your remote, its ready out of the box. So cool.
