I decided to try this powder on recommendation from my Daughter in Law, who is a Registered Dietician and super picky about what she eats. She told me that she likes this product because of the clean ingredients and the lack of sweeteners. My previous protein powder was super sweet so I wasn't sure if I would like this one or not, but I gave it a go. I wasn't exactly sold after the first protein shake but I soon grew to really enjoy the less sweet protein shake. The chocolate peanut butter taste is very subtle, not overpowering and no artificial sweetener aftertaste. It's just right! This product mixes very well in my shaker with Almond Milk and I like to throw in some collagen and creatine as well. I have also tried the vanilla flavor and it is just as delicious. The only complaint that I have is that the zipper on the bag did not work from day one, but it just sits in my cabinet so it is what it is.

This is amazing! Does not taste artificial, not powdery, and blends flawlessly! It taste so natural with very limited ingredients! So clean and healthy!

I get this is good for me. Minimal sugar, lots of great ingredients...but it has to be mixed with something. If not it just tastes like chalky drink. I did a banana and PB powder the second day and it was better. Still a lot less sugar than any of the rest and that's the goal: more protein, less sugar. Great product for it's intended purpose. Clean!

Have been using Promix for a while- it used to be wonderful and my favorite after trying a handful. At the Black Friday sale we stocked up and bought about 6 bags. My guess is fillers were added to stretch their product or they entirely changed it. I reached out to the customer service and was told because it was purchased during a sale (despite many, many hundreds of dollars of full price orders before directly from their website) that it could not be returned or even exchanged. The protein now has an awful gritty taste and texture and it foams so badly it’s nearly impossible to drink. Even after letting it sit for 30 minutes the foam is still unbearable. Unfortunately they changed their product but deny it when asked. Considering sending it out for third party testing. Pictured is the chocolate whey and vanilla whey combined with water. No other brands.

I would have given 4.5 stars if I could. This is a good protein powder. It's not very sweet and doesn't have artificial or alternative sweeteners in it. The ingredients are just clean and straight-forward. That being said, we like to doctor it up with extra pb powder, pb, a little sweetener, and cocoa powder, but we each like different types and amounts of the extra ingredients so it's really a perfect base for us. My only issue with the product is the packaging. It has a velcro-like closure on the bag that is absolutely useless. So you just have to roll the bag down and use a clip. That's it, that's the only thing I don't like about this product!

Wow, finally found a clean protein powder with no artificial sweeteners! This really tastes delicious and blends well with water or milk. I have been looking for this type of product in stores a few years ago when my 85 year old father in law needed to take in more protein, but couldn’t find any. I purchased the chocolate isolate for my 88 year old father, but I wanted to try the chocolate peanut butter flavor. I thought it would have a more stronger peanut butter flavor but actually it’s a nice mix with the chocolate flavor. Smooth and no chalky taste! It also helps to make me feel full, so I snack less. I would definitely recommend to others!

good clean ingredients. Very light taste but that is fine with me as I know that the quality of whey protein is superior to most.

This is exactly what I wanted from my protein powder, clean ingredients. If you buy this expecting a milk shake, then you've come to the wrong place. I hope pro-mix keeps this quality level up, and doesn't listen to the crowd demanding milk shake like taste, there is no magic, if you add tons of sweeteners and sugar - it will ruin the product for folks like me.
